If I’m not mistaken, didn’t they object to this detective testifying, and stating how it was inappropriate for a witness to be having a Dauber hearing in front of the jury last week? The judge told them that it was permissible. The defense did raise the issue in advance. I hate how the judge continues to gaslight the entire situation every time.🤦🏽♀️ it shouldn’t be up to the judge whether not they, after multiple requests for them to deny or recuse. Of course they (the judge and Prosecutor ) want to stay! There’a a lot of money to be made. however, this is a complete waste of the jury and taxpayers time and money going down the drain. Because the state in this case is fumbling the ball, and irritating the jury in the process. Anything is possible in a jury verdict, but i personally think at least at this point the defense has a pretty good chance of acquittal, if not a good appeal

@@metrorages8675you can get a change of venue. But the judge has denied to recuse himself multiple times. If Thug keeps fighting it he will most likely keep getting granted appeals up to the Supreme Court. any of those appeals to another venue would most likely drop this whole case. Too many holes. They are trying to charge him on a Rico instead of just trying to convict him on his own stuff. It’s a clown show. As soon as this gets appealed to a higher court they will take one look at it and drop it. But it’s gonna cost him a chunk of his life.

Yo those state prosecutors are absolutely pathetic. If they have the evidence they shouldn’t dance around everything in front of the jury. They shouldn’t have police narrate videos and label cops “gang experts” and on and on. The jury will correctly believe the prosecution thinks their dumb. They need to bond with the jury. Show their respectful and honest. These dirty tactics aren’t going to cut it. Their terrible performance and weak arguments are going to lose their case. I hope they do.

Yes. Meaning it's a terrible precedent to set for sure. Because he's just wrong. Most judges will use case law to make a ruling and a lot of times if they do something that hasn't been done in same situation before they can set a precedent for other judges to go by in the future. It really sucks in this situation
