    I wish these nutritional and hormonal "understandings" were available 20 years ago, before osteopenia & sarcopenia set in. Hard enough to get hormonal support from today's doctors and insurance now post menopausally. Thank you both for educating & encouraging maturing ladies to aim higher for ourselves in smart effective ways. ❤

    I am 68 yrs old woman and low income. I use old gallon and half gallon vinegar bottles filled with water for my weights! I also use them in my backpack during daily walks. That with KETO, IF and at home glucose monitor and gym for running has been a game changer. I feel younger and healthier everyday...no pain..no meds and beat Diabetes 2 consistently for the last three years. ❤
