So hard to decide who should get credit for referring me to Embrilliance. I have been watching you and Becky Thompson for so many years. I just bought 3 additional modules and used your link. I appreciate you both so much. I had software but you both make it look incredibly user friendly. Although I already receive their newsletter and own Density Repair Kit ( thanks to you) and Thumbnailer, they sent me a 10% coupon to use. I did :-)). Now I have to learn Alpha Tricks, Enthusiast and Stitch Artist. TY so much for all your efforts. You are the one I want to mimic for the business but with less orders and more sleep lolol. best way to learn digitizing skills is watching the youtube tutorials, joining the embrilliance fb groups, and mostly experimentations nd trial and error. just have fun with it. it can be a very complicated piece of software if you get all the bundles, so there's no way anyone can remember everything from classes. but if you experiment and have fun, you're more likely to learn. plus you don't need to know what EVERY button does anyways.

I tried that. I just have to really find the time and place where I can focus on it. Hopefully this is something that I can learn after retirement.

I was really excited to hear we could change the background color in Embrillance.
When I click on the word “Embrillance”, I do not see “settings” or “grid settings” anywhere. I have clicked on everything I can find to click on and can’t find these two options.
I only have Embrilliance Essentials. Is it possible I need another module to be able to do this? Thx

Make sure you are not running the free version. Make sure that you have inputted the seriel number and restart!

Hello Jeanette & my fellow embroiders, I have Embrillance Thumbnailer love it but when I try to pull up some designs that I have downloaded to my USB, I get this message that says “the document could not be opened. Embrilliance Thumbnailer cannot open files in the “Embroidery Files” format. I don’t know what that mean I have no idea what I’m doing wrong And I need help, thanks in advance

I would reload the software. Also check the version of the operating system as well. You might want to contact embrillance support for further assistance.
