I’m buying mine this weekend at a retro video game store in my area. They have it for $200 plus tax. They clean it and fixed it up so it can look pretty. I been collecting retro game consoles for a second now. It’s a new hobby. I am a PlayStation guy but I been getting into Xbox lately. I own PlayStation 1, PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5. I also own the original Xbox that I found at an apartment years ago because I was helping my mom clean that apartment because she’s the manager. The owner pays my mom up to now to manage the place. I don’t know if that original Xbox works, but I need to buy the wires and controls. I also have the Xbox 360, and the Xbox One S and Xbox Series X. Trust me I’ve been getting more into Xbox lately. I like the feeling and the graphics. It runs faster and smoother than PlayStation by a second. Also on the Nintendo, and super Nintendo, and Sega Genesis. Trust me I’m a collector and I take care of them. I still have the disc games for all PlayStation games and Xbox. It’s really cool. (:
May I ask how much you spent for it? I checked my FB market place, all of them are over 200 bucks which I don't think it worth

I still have my Project Scorpio day 1 edition of the One X. Hard to believe that was 7 years ago but time moves fast when you're enjoying video games.
This Console was a beast. 4K60 gaming (on selected or optimized games) and Versatile BD Drive
Even though most titles were upscaled, holy cow did games look good on the One X...
The one x is better then the series s😎

The battery issue is resolved if you just get rechargeable batteries, which also last longer than PS charged controllers. Buyers should also keep in mind the downside of not having the PS exclusives. However, any non-first party games are absolutely amazing to play on this console!
This is an issue mainly because of hype around Helldivers 2. There are plenty of exclusives to xbox as it is right now. In america people still love halo so the xbox has the advantage there for a lot of people
I just snagged one of these for $20 from some guy junking it at a yard sale?? Its amazing! You MUST play ninja gaiden 2 and dead or alive 4 on here. Also, get a disc of forza horizon 3 as they have removed it from the store. Those 4k patches are amazing on those games

I still have My one X and i have to say it is an amazing machine. I personally havent upgraded since Gta 6 and a new Halo hasnt come out yet (thats all i play) so i would say its really up to what you play. If youre into the new games coming out and want better speed then get the series s. But if youre like me and only play certain games that the old gen still produces then get old gen. But i swear you will have to upgrade by the end of 2024 in my opinion, cause once gta 6 and a lot of top name games come out the series x and s will officially take the place. But a old gen system is always nice to have, i kept my ps1 for yearssssssssssss
Picked up an X1X for $60 on Nextdoor w/ 2 controllers a few weeks back, and have been using it a lot. Planning to swap out the 1TB platter drive with an SSD here over the next few days to get a bit of a speed boost with loading.
Idk if I’ve ever heard someone say the word “ Particular “ that many times within a 9 minute conversation…😮💨🤣 But other than that, good vid bub!! 🤙

Still have my One X and love it as much as my Ps5 . I would love to swap out my One X hdd for a sdd, but to this day, im kind of ify about doing so. 🤔 mifgt just get an external one.
Do it try it out they have good tutorials on how to upgrade on UA-cam.
I just added a 2Tb sandisk ultra ssd inside the one x it was not hard to do and the best thing I ever did, the one x is like a diff machine now so much faster. Worth doing :) no cloning needed I fitted it and used a usb stick to load Xbox software took an hour whole job.
I have my old Xbox One S model and I’ve wanted to upgrade it for years but then I got a PS5 😂 tho I still wanna upgrade because I have so many backwards compatible games with Xbox
I have one and I'm actually still happy with it,u can't play some of the newer games but that doesn't bother me as they r too expensive anyway 😂

i bought this in the month it launched bc at this time at e3, xbox showed me sick games that was promised. Sure it was a great machine on paper but the games either didnt deliver, canceled or just never came out. i got rid of it, i had gamepass too but ok cool but not a selling point for me.

I loved your video on this cuz I actually decided to buy an Xbox One X last year in November because of your last video I love this thing and I can understand the convenience of a rechargeable controller but there are also a lot of convenience to batteries where you can just pop in a new set of batteries if you have them right next to you and keep on playing versus having to recharge your controller
Picked it up for jist 95 bucks recently
I still have mine. Actually upgraded the hard drive to a 2.5 Samsung 870 evo ssd and it runs smooth. Did the same thing with my ps4 pro
In used market it sold for 230 dollars

Halo (at least the master chief collection haven't played the new ones so I can't say anything on them) is absolutely one of the best gaming experiences I've had the pleasure of playing in my opinion it's my favorite shooter of all time
It's funny that you say that. I have a ps5 also and a One X. I do notice a difference when I watch a Blu-ray or 4k movie on the One X compared to the ps5. What I've noticed was that the audio on the one x is a lot louder output than my ps5. 🤔 I'm trying to figure out how can I get the audio from the ps5 to output as loud as the one X.
As for picture quality, I'm still going back and forth between the two to see who has the better picture quality. Both are connected to my samsung QD-OLED.
