Such a great performance and worth the rewatch from that night!
this performance had me in tears, just SO well placed vocally and so, so funny 😂
Watched Hamilton yesterday at the Victoria Palace. (not cheap) Daniel's performance of You'll be back was the highlight of the show for me. Worth every penny of the ticket price to see his facial expressions and hear this great song !!

I,ve never seen Hamilton. Mainly because i thought it was hip hop and rap etc. This tune has opened my eyes a bit. Absolutely fun and opened my eyes. . Best I research the show . Luvvit.

Is it just me or does it sound like ‘cheer up sleepy Jean’ or is this just a well known fact and I’m only just realising.
Spot on. This was supposed to be reminiscent of the music from the 1960’s British Invasion.
No one will ever be as good as Jonathan, but this is close.

This is interesting he does the same inflections as Goff, it's like a karaoke. I'm used to each next singer putting their own spin on it but not this time. Not saying good or bad just interesting.
I think he was having trouble hearing the orchestra. There’s a couple places where he slows down relative to the accompaniment. Some of it is because he’s insisting on enunciation in places where he doesn’t necessarily need it… but sometimes it seems like it’s just like the orchestra’s rushing him, which can sometimes happen when a singer’s monitors aren’t working well.
He's good but not Jonathan Goff good.
Yeah! It was really good, but it makes you realize just how great Jonathan Goff’s performance was. I feel sorry for all the subsequent King Georges. Ya know, Jonathan Goff played one of the detectives in Mindhunter.

I know Americans couldn't give two hoots about us here in England anymore, and you are becoming increasingly Hispanic, but as much as you annoy us sometimes, we still love you. This is a strange song to bond over given the context, but it reminds me of how similar we are still in many ways.
