Grab a quartz from outside. Yeah those bog standard normal ones. Doesn't need to be the almighty clear quartz. Anywho grab one and ask it for help. Ask it in such a way that the quartz figures out how to help u. Never give it direct orders cause the st9ne always knows what to do with its energy. Example of what not to do. Dont say "push it push it all out of my stomach." If u have a stomach ache. Instead say "my tummy hurts can u help with that?" Or if u feel very scared ask "there's all this fear can u help?" Or for protection say "as long as i have u on me or carry u on my person can u protect me from the bad things? Please do anything it takes to keep it out of my body, mind, soul." Try that I did that with a normal piece of quartz and I swear alot of the uncontrollable mental chatter and fearful feelings mostly went away. It got alot smaller. Half my depression gone and all I gotta do is have a rock in my pocket. Also I say do this with any form of quartz cause quartz is highly receptive to programming. It likes being talked to.
The algorithm has become so keen to my needs that almost every time I get on the app, it always without a doubt, has one of EA's reiki videos suggested near the top, and it is always one I currently need in the moment. I am convinced that the more you let the universe in, its synchronicities will show up quicker, as well as make your jaw drop and your heart glad during the process. We are living in a very high powered, quickening time, and it is crucial that everyone "keep clean"!

Sometimes they send things like "monitor spies"--flies are the most common monitor spies sent. Ur lucky it's not being done to u! I have holy water from Lourdes, special sprays to clear them out, plus lots of praying. Sad how these people don't care to heal from their traumas! They'd rather try to make other's lives as miserable as theirs! I currently live in a place that's just pure evil, & the people here are evil too. The best way to protect urself from negative energy in my experience is to have a somewhat large piece of quartz on u (even normal quartz from outside is fine doesnt gotta be clear quartz) and ask it to protect u from anything bad. Ask it for protection in such a way where the stone itself figures out how to prptect u. Cause its enrrgy always knows where to go. So say "as long as i carry u on my person can u protect me from all the badness? Can u do anything it takes to keep it out of my body? It hurts when its inside of me." Just say this sweetly. I say it and talk to it like an innocent child would ask a parent for protection. Anywho this works for me literally have less panic attacks and things attaching to my back after doing this. Quartz is so wonderful. Even the normal joe quartz u find outside is super recpetive. Just with normal quartz u need a bigger piece cause bigger handles more. Its not as potent as clear quartz haha.
