@@javeriaijmal7153 Yes this is safe. There's also other channels that have pet-specific reiki, not sure if this one has it or not. It's best to be conservative of how much reiki you use on your cat as they can overload too and their bodies are much smaller than ours. I have a cat and used reiki on her but left it on for too long after forgetting and felt her energy was like mine after overdoing it. If this happens, just let it be for a while and then maybe use reiki for grounding to clear the excess energy. Generally 5-15 minutes daily is okay, you can slowly increase it as you see it's safe to do so

Thank you! Neuropathy is a nerve condition so last week’s video #1 in this series would be the one to use. Coming in the series is the endocrine system for hormones and a reproductive system video. That covers the vagina and more. To be that specific as you requested, try the Heal a Block video with that as your focus.

I have stopped my heart muscle because of pain
Now i am unable to feel any emotion there's a bad side effect on my mind too
You need to do emotional literacy exercises to de-congest yourself emotionally and start being able to feel again. This can all be fixed, don’t worry. Just look up emotional literacy exercises here on UA-cam and then do them, Richard Grannon’s are my favorite.
