asmr vlog ⛈️ dubai storm | what I cooked in week | living in uae

Welcome to my asmr weekly vlog. At the beginning of this video, I really thought we'd make it through the entire week waking up at 5am; but the next day, we were greeted with probably the heaviest rainfall of the year. Although we were warned by authorities about the upcoming weather, I don't think the people - including us - were equipped enough with what happened. We all thought it was going to be a normal rainfall in the country but we were wrong. We experienced flooding and we couldn't even access the supermarket for 3 days. However, we are still grateful that we are safe and the authorities did everything they could to vacuum out the water as fast as they could.
Since there was nothing to do and nowhere to go, I've shared some of the food we managed to prepare given the situation. By the end of this vlog, we did make it to the fish market though, albeit some minor inconvenience 😅
