The timings of your classes will depend on the slots you pick during subject enrollment - sometimes your classes will be at 8am and if u select a different slot, some classes end at 5pm. You can totally work while you study - there are plenty of options (internships, part time positions, full time too). You’d just have to look around, network, attend the uni career fairs, go through the careers portal etc. to secure a paid job. Payments depend on what company you’re working with and position - so it’s difficult to even give an average. U have the option to work on hourly basis and Id say that would be the best route since you’ll be in control of how many hours you’re willing to allocate to working and you’ll get paid based on that. However in my knowledge, as a student you can simply apply for a student visa through the university itself. That will allow you to work while studying. A freelance visa is a different category and I believe you can still study under a freelance visa as well given that you already have the required academic qualifications to apply for it in the first place. The best way to get to know more and even validate the info I gave u is to directly contact the university. They will surely guide u through with it in detail!

Hey! It’s not a must to stay in dorms - u can even stay on your own/ with relatives/ friends etc. But if you’re looking for student accommodation - there are quite a few options available actually and even the uni itself offers dorms in different locations. I personally haven’t stayed in a dorm since I grew up in Dubai so unfortunately wouldn’t be able to help u in detail. I recommend contacting the university directly and clarifying about this ☺️

I have a query if you people could help me please. - Is it possible to migrate to Australia after passing first year in uow dubai campus? - Does they will also provide PSW for master graduates? I think it would be a great idea to do your first year in Dubai and then move to Australia 🙌 Many ppl who study in the Dubai campus usually go to Australia in their final year with their main goal to graduate directly from there. 1. So yeah it’s definitely possible 2. Yes the uni has a careers portal and annual career fairs where companies visit the uni and potentially recruit students that they’d like to work with. These opportunities are definitely a gateway to securing full time positions 👍
