- The Kyiv mayor, Vitali Klitschko, said at least two people were killed in the Ukrainian capital after Russia launched an attack using drones and missiles. Ukrainian air defence systems shot down at least 20 missiles heading for the city from different directions.

Several buildings were damaged by debris and at least six residential houses were hit by missile fragments, injuring several people, according to officials. In Russia, state media reported four heavy transport planes were damaged at Pskov airbase. The Russian defence ministry reported Ukrainian drones over six regions.

I lived in this neighborhood in Kyiv. This was a shopping center with an electronics store and several smaller shops.

I can see my house on this video…😢 It is Zdolbunivska st. in Kyiv. For everyone who wrote here about ‘lies’ of UA government: this wasnt a flying rocket! Rocket FLIES faster (I already know). You can see part of it which was already burning in the air before falling on a building. This caused an explosion. I guess rocket was hit by our air force system but it needs to fall down somewhere anyway

Thank you The Guardian. If it were not for these images, everyone would have believed the lie of the Ukrainian air defense spokesperson. According to him, all the missiles were shot down.
Missile flies faster. You can see part of a rocket or drone which was already burning in the air before falling on a building. This caused an explosion. I guess rocket was hit by our air force system but it needs to fall down somewhere anyway

it's a cruise missile, so a simpler and cheaper air defense is enough for it. the problem with this kind of rocket is that they maneuver and try to bypass air defense and eventually reach a city. This problem can be solved by more dense air defence / radars and plane-radars, also jets could help as they also can maneuver and work as air defence

Или ракета ПВО, которая пыталась что-то сбить, могла вместо цели в дом прилететь ( такое частенько там происходит, документальных свидетельств полно). Если бы Укра выставляла свои расчеты ПВО за городом, а не в жилых кварталах, глядишь, случаи попадания "чего-то там" в жилой сектор были бы минимальны. 400k soldiers killed. With wounded usually being about x3 (let's say x2 so as to claim that some came back) means that Ukraine so far has 1,2M casualties. With hundreds of thousands being trained and logistics also being handled by similar numbers...
Dude, are you even aware that these numbers don't make sense? If anyone was to believe those numebrs it would mean Russians are already on the Polish border and if they aren't it means their army has a couple thousand people in it because they can't progress through undefended Ukraine.
