- The plaintiff says the first night she met the defendant, they had sex and started dating. However, the plaintiff soon realized the defendant contributed nothing to their relationship. Over the course of their short relationship, the plaintiff claims she gave the defendant money so he could fix his car, but he hasn’t paid her back, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant admits he accepted the money, but he insists it was a gift.
I feel bad for her. "He never called me out my name" is the bar she has set. Lady that should be a given...
