With all due respect- - the dialed in MN's sound doesn't sound quite ' there' to me. I am a bit confused I seem to be the only person at this point to say this. It may be in the ballpark, but still not the same spot. Maybe a bit more tweaking? If anything, MN's lead sound appears more mellow, lacks those tense crisp highs and that harshness in the attack. The rhythm chops, however (the riff before the HW...TPD final solo) sound more flabby and loose. I'm only saying this because I've been looking exactly for Marty's lead Kemper profiles and asked for them on the Kemper forum, and someone actually replied I should ask BigHairyProfiles (no kidding!).
@@haveagoodone5830 Hi! Thanks for chiming in. The rhythm sounds are completely off, for sure. They would have been recorded with the Bogner Giant preamp, which is VERY different sounding. I just threw that in there for the fun of it. But the RealTube was NOT setup for tight rhythm playing for sure! As far as the lead tones, I think Marty probably used more gain than me. I have a habit of using less and less gain (a personal preference), and it came back to bite me in the butt a bit. The other aspect is putting it in the mix. I didn't do mix/mastering stuff to it which would definitely crispness and highs, but on acapella guitar, it can be a bit unpleasant. It's always a balancing act on youtube. The thing to listen for is in the midrange. more or less highs is easy. The midrange is something that can't really be altered. That's where I think they match up. If you have a Kemper, I think you'd find something you like. I profiled it a bunch of different ways, some more aggressive than this, some less. So you can find the one that matches your pick attach and blends with your guitar tone.
The way I explained to my wife is Marty Freidman sounds like an acrobat flying and flipping around in the air. Dave Mustaine sounds like a crazy freight train going 500mph full speed ahead. Now she is able to point out who is soloing. Proud of her!!
Same here. Let me tell you how Rust in Peace (the album) became my favorite metal album of all times. I discovered Megadeth in 2001/2002 when I was 16. I am from Brazil and, as always, metal was not exactly popular down here. So, if we wanted to buy a CD from a metal band that was not Iron Maiden or Metallica (bands that were "popular enough" for the labels to decide to print their CDs in Brazil), for example, we had no choice but to buy imported CDs, which would cost me all the money I had for a month. Thus, my friends and I used to first download the songs from a given band through softwares like Napster, Kazaa, Emule and only after we were 100% sure that a certain band was worthy, we would then spend our limited cash to buy that band's CD. Well, back in 2001/2002, when you searched songs in one of those softwares like Kazaa, you would get MP3 files named such as "Metallica - One", or "Iron Maiden - Run To The Hills", following the pattern "Band name - song name". Therefore, when I was "discovering" ("downloading" cough, cough) Megadeth I had a folder filled with individual songs in MP3 format like "Megadeth - Hangar 18", "Megadeth - Holy Wars", "Megadeth - She Wolf", with no information whatsover about the album each song come from. The thing is that, from all the Megadeth songs I had downloaded, after one year I had my personal Top 5: "Megadeth - Holy Wars", "Megadeth - Hangar 18", "Megadeth - Take no Prisioners", "Megadeth - Lucretia", and "Megadeth - Tornado of Souls". I thought these songs were awesome, and somehow had a magical element that other Megadeth songs didn't have. I did not know all these songs were from the same album. To be honest, I only found out that these five songs were from the same album 2 or 3 years after I had establish my top 5 best Megadeth songs. What was my surprise at the end of 2004 when I found out that not only all my favorite Megadeth songs were from the same album, but also there was one extra "major" song I never heard before, which beared the same name of the album: "Rust in Peace". After I found out myfavorite Megadeth songs were from to the same album, Rust in Peace was already one of my favorite albums ever. I recall my expectations were very, very high when I finally got to listen to "Megadeth - Rust in Peace" for the first time. After five minutes listening to that song, I was completely baffled that Megadeth had surprised me again: not only Rust in Peace was a great song, it was a thrash metal master piece, I had no choice but to change my top 5 Megadeth songs to a top 6. So, not only all my favorite Megadeth songs were from the same album, but this album was so damn good that it made me discover another thrash metal jewel "Rust in Peace... polaris". After discovering this last song, "Rust in Peace" became my favorite metal album of all time, and still is. Like a good wine, Rust in Peace is aging very well. If you google now "best metal album of all times", Rust in Peace will appear among the very best, where it belongs.

Marty on Rust In Peace! I agree - best speed metal album of all time. In your search for the great 80's metal guitar player's gear and tones, this one is truly epic. You are right, the tones Marty gets on this album are unique. And your Marty riffs are better than you think!
I bought the pack and it is spot on, all of the other presets are great as well. You really realize what a special player Marty is when you can have pretty much the exact tone yet sound absolutely nothing like him.
Great video! Marty's lead tone for that album was so rich, one of my all time favorites. My profile pic is actually of me meeting Marty for that tour as he was walking around down town looking for an Arby's for lunch. I will certainly grab your Kemper profile. I really like all of the packs I have purchased from you so far.
Marty is from another planet. I'm pretty sure...I ran into Megadeth in Rochester back in the mid 90s. All four of em were in a minivan, just the four of em, on 104 out in Greece NY, about 5 mins and 2 turns away from downtown Roc. Dave was driving, Junior riding shottie, and Marty & Nicky were in the back. The funniest part is that I TOTALLY forgot that we were going to see a Megadeth show that night. I literally looked over and saw 'Deth and I said "holy shit, it's fucking Megadeth". I was hanging out the window and got them to throw some horms and yelled at them that I will see them tonight. The best part about Marty is that he is clueless when it comes to gear and all that. He can play like no other, but he can barely even turn his rig on by himself. Ahh Martin, you are in a world that was not ready for you. 😂
Dude, that was THE BEST EVER Megadeth line up. And personally I think Rust is their best work. Sure, Countdowns production is much tighter, cleaner sounding, not as raw etc.. But I found at that time that that was Dave's answer back to Metallicas Black album. I think Dave was like, fuck it, let's see what happens if we try to get a mainstream single or two too! While in my opinion, Countdown musically tears the Black albums asshole open, I don't think mainstream rock listeners, could handle daves voice or the complicated musical arrangements. Remember kid's, simple music for simple minds. And let's face it, as far as rhythms go, James is a beast. However, as a guitarist, I could pretty much grab a guitar and figure out most Metallica tunes right away without much fuss. Megadeth was always much harder to learn and figure out... always. James always gets accolades for being a great rhythm guitarist, and he is, but Dave is miles better. But anyway, I'm kind of getting away from what I wanted to say originally and that is this; Rust in peace is probably their best work. And fuck dudes, what do you say about Marty??? The guy isn't from this planet man.... he's an enigma. His solos are eargasmic! And, btw, he toned it WAY down he said, for the Megadeth stuff. Dave wanted great solos, as usual, but he also wanted to keep Marty on a tight leash....but, we Megadeth fans know all about how Dave has treated and gone through some awesome guitarists!
@@DiminishedDarknut Yeah man. Like I said, if I was told I could only choose ONE Megadeth album for the rest of my life, it would be a tough decision (for me) between Peace sells and Rust in peace.
I swear that 2150 makes everything a lot better than it would be in your average rig. The only thing too bad about this video is, that now the preamp price is gonna go up and it's not that common to begin with.
I had that preamp. Bought it new at Guitar Center Roseville MN back in the early 90's. I could not get anything good out of it. May very well have been me and how I was using it. Sold it a long time ago. I do remember it being very tube noisy. Needed a gate.
I think I got mine used at a Music Go Round in the Twin Cities...maybe it was previously yours lol. I didn't mind it, and did gig with it for awhile. You're right about the noise though. One buzzy bitch.
Had it too... Sold it off too Same issues. You can hear it's noisy here also. But, tasty. I wasn't using it correctly I suppose. Hell, too me a while to get my CAE3+se preamp to sound the way I wanted. And Megadeth used them as well. That was a keeper tho...
Mike, your playing was great on this vid! Man, this takes me back. One of my local shops was a big Tube Works dealer. The first all tube amp I ever played through was a ProValve 60 & my first decent amp was a TD-752 (tube/SS hybrid). Good times!
Wow! I thought you killed it on the playing.. also agree it is the best thrash album ever recorded. Everybody was "on". First few seconds of the tone and I already felt like it sounded better than the Friedman and other 3K+ amps.
Great playing and great video! The local S.F. Bay Area metal band set up late 80's/early 90's (for those that could afford it) was a full stack with an MP1 into Boogie power amp. The really over-the-top cats also had a Midiverb, Quadraverb, or ART SGX. Good times. MK
That's definitely the tone right there! That's some great detective work there my friend! Now I guess I'm going to have to save up for a Kemper, some monitors and an audio interface 🤣
That album is a classic. #1 thrash metal album of all time. It really put a stamp on their name as a band, even though Marty had a some pretty big lead guitarist shoes to fill, he did it beautifully.
I also think that Dave Mustaine was a big fan of the BBE Sonic Maximizer. Those were great devices for adding clarity to many high gain setups. I remember hearing one with a modded Marshall plexi and holy cow what a difference. The time shifting of the low end from the high end was like taking a blanket off your amp. So any way, Marty might have also used the BBE as well.
Pretty sure you're correct on all points. IIRC I've seen pics of his rack back in the day that had it. I have an original 422 in my rack (the best one imo) and it is a night and day difference in tone. The DI-100 is pretty good too. The modern versions are worthless for guitar. Showed my son in law and he went on a quest to get his own 422 lol.
@@user-pc8vn6ym7r You are so right. I used a 422 for a long time in my rack as well. I used it with an ENGL 50watt head in a wet/dry setup with a Palmer load box and a tube power amp. It was an awesome sound. Now I am using a Kemper (which is fantastic). I never understood why the BBE got a bad reputation from guitar players.
@@todd6726 I am pretty sure the 'bad reputation' is related to the vast difference between the original 80's versions (like I have) and the redesigned 90's ones. Someone would hear the hype and go try a (newer and much prettier) model that just did not sound nearly as well for guitar. That was precisely the experience of an old school mate of mine, and my son in law. He absolutely hated the brand new one he tried, and brought it back. The great part is these were built like tanks, and there are a lot of working old ones still knocking around. Some may need new pots or jacks, but that's about it. All of mine are fine. One has a scratchy pot I'll get around to changing at some point, but I never change the dial in anyways, so no rush. I have heard Kempers are really good. I guess I'm an old school (mostly) analog kind of guy. PRS/Ibanez->ISP Decimator->(handbuilt)Klone->BognerUberschall/BoogieVTwin->Alesis 3630->DSP4000(w/422 in loop)->RandallMT100 loaded->Boogie cabs. Yes, most of it's old. But it's mostly stuff I drooled over when I was younger. And it's all bulletproof.
@@user-pc8vn6ym7r Good to know on the BBE...although I dont think I will ever have a rig like my old one. I have to stay mobile nowadays. I use my kemper with a QSC K12 powered speaker and it works awesome. I have a tele and have found so many great low gain and crunch profiles for the Kemper. I just downloaded about 120 profiles this week for $20 (tonejunkie sale). 3 matchless amps and the Boogie LoneStar. I have used most modeling amps at various times from Line6, Vox, and Hughes and Ketner. But the Kemper is the real deal. It isnt cheap but it really is awesome for tone. They really knocked it out of the park with the Kemper Stage model so you have the stage board and amp in the same unit. I wish you luck in your musical endeavors:)
@@todd6726 I had to laugh when I saw Exhorder last year they had Kempers onstage. 'Ok if the pros will trust them live I guess they're really good'. You too friend. I mostly code these days.
I had one of these nice preamps, used for years of gigs...really good tones, bit noisy and not as good as premium /real valve preamps I always stacked the 2nd channel, sounded much more alive Great review indeed!
Carvin Quad X tube pre did the tube stacking thing VERY well! They called it tube cascade. You really should get your hands on one. Four channels, awesome foot-switch, boost and bright switches, a separate effect loop for every channel and a master effect loop. Reverb loop as well if you don’t prefer the spring tank. Separate graphic EQ too. All analog programmable or midi if you desire. Don’t think I will ever part with mine.
I tried a Dumble in '87. The best way I can describe the gain is chewy. Not as high gain as a Boogie, but higher than what you'd get out of a standard Tweed, with lots of headroom, control, response. Very high fidelity, but very much organic in a guitar sense. They feel good to play.
I envy you Mike. I'm 49 and a very serious player and all I ever wanted to do was buy great gear. However, 30 yrs ago I accidently had twin daughters and my life became all about responsibility. Don't get me wrong, I love my kids dearly but I'd trade them both for a 69 Plexi (Haha). Btw, You NAILED Marty's RIP solo tone here. Bravo! PS. At 4:10 ... "Why am I holding this?" That cracked me up. God Bless & Rock On Brother!
Yeah there's many sweet spots on that preamp, and yes the contour knob is the busiest, I'd like to be able to control the contour with a expression pedal 😎
When you listen to the isolated tracks of R.I.P. , its unbelieveble the amount of nuances in every note that marty plays, even when he´s at full speed, he´s from another galaxy. Its for sure the best trash album ever
In 1991 I saw Megadeth, Slayer, Anthrax, and Alice In Chains at the Hampton coliseum in Virginia. I remember Megadeth was so friggin loud, they were like a minute into Holy Wars before I realized what song they were playing.
Killer video Michael - yeah, Marty Friedman is a killer player with instantly recognizable phrasing. Those odd bends are so trademark. The way he holds his pick is so strange, but it gets the job done so well! It was only fitting you were playing a Friedman guitar for some of the passages.
Now this is a tone video i'm interested in. How about one for another iconic heavy band, like Scott Ian on "Among the living" or Sepultura's Mark tone on "Beneath the Remains"?
Unlike most guitarists on UA-cam, you sir, can actually play. Career guitarist here and most "players" on here, even the ones considered by the layperson musicians as good, can barely play well. You sir definitely know your way around a classroom and recording studio. Thank you for a well made and informative video. Just discovered your stuff. Look forward to other offerings. If you think Mr. Friedman's technique is odd, then mine would throw you for a look. Imagine Paganini and Django played by Yngwie as a member of Slayer :) I am another classically trained musician who just is not all there playing wise. Thank you sir.
Don't know, but it was produced by Max Norman. It was their answer to mainstream Metallicas Black album. Much better than the black album, but that's a matter of opinion. I love Metallica too, just always loved Megadeth a bit more.
@@BigHairyGuitars Dude seriously your tones are amazing. I've had my Kemper for a month now and 90% of the time my goto sound was Vito on your ADA pack. Now Marty joins him :)
@@peachmelba1000 I think those songs are ok. Certainly not terrible. But with songs like Holy Wars, Hangar 18, Lucretia and Rust in Peace, you can afford to have a few average songs...
@@peachmelba1000 if you don't have another candidate then you've kinda undermined your own argument... I do agree that those songs are the low point of the album, but they only account for what, around 10% of the record? There's still absolutely no reason it still can't be the no.1 album in that genre.
I remember reading Guitar in the early 90’s where there was a Marty interview. He described his rig in detail. All I remember is there were a lot of pieces that I’d never heard of at the time. I could have sworn he had CAE stuff. Not sure though.
Flipper? Haha.. the thing about his picking is the angle of attack. Hitting down into the body and plucking away from the body makes the string vibrate in a different direction. To and away from the pickup. Plus he adds finger plucks and gets chirp sounds.
@@CMM5300 We know. The technique still gives his hand a super odd aesthetic that looks funny to people. Go get Troy Grady from Cracking the Code down here in these comments! lol, he'd probably admit it looks like a flipper! after giving a seminar on how functional and masterly it is of course
@@endureall well, if you listen to some of the notes he hits on the megadeth albums when he bends and/or vibratos.... Marty adds I little "pluck" with the pick attack on an upstroke. Gives it the star chiming sound. Plus the string vibrating to and from the pickup adds "volume vibrato"

Poland is my fav I still love the conjuring and good morning black friday etc etc, but rust in peace is like a magnum opus of sorts.
@@DiminishedDarknut
Yeah man. Like I said, if I was told I could only choose ONE Megadeth album for the rest of my life, it would be a tough decision (for me) between Peace sells and Rust in peace.
Hey mate FYI, writing your opinions IN ALL CAPS doesn't give them any extra merit
@@metalocalypse2011
OH, IM SO SORRY. DIDN'T REALIZE YOU WERE ON UA-cam GRAMMER AND "CAPS" PATROL.
@@metalocalypse2011 we're talking about music we adore and praise, not some logical argument meant to convince others but ok.
It’s definitely in my top 5 of thrash. Marty is the king of bends.
It's a tie with Chris Poland
Getting Marty licks down %100 is definitely tuff.
Dude, i remember when you could grab them at pawn shops for $80 all the time. If I only still had hair. Your the man!
Goddamn you played Poison was the cure's solos !!! The tone is perfect too ! Thank you for the awesome work ! Cheers from Morocco.
Absolutely nailed that man. For sure my favorite metal album of all time!!!!
Our hometown boy Marty!! Still so underrated and not talked about enough when it comes to great guitarist.
I swear that 2150 makes everything a lot better than it would be in your average rig. The only thing too bad about this video is, that now the preamp price is gonna go up and it's not that common to begin with.
'Rust on peace' is awesome. Marty has cool eastern/altered scale style that is very recognisable.
you're ability to replicate tones never ceases to amaze me! keep it up!
Man, this guy (Michael N.) always pulls amazing tones from whatever gear he puts his hand on lol. i hope he makes a video building tones for Helix
Thank you so much for this.
I listen to this album at least once a week. 👏👏👏 Please do a “Poison was the Cure” solo lesson!
Rust in peace is a perfect alignment of talented players in the same space. Don't think it can be replicated.
I had the same problem. I used to have a 2×12 tube works combo amp. It didn't sound bad but Damn it was noisy as Hell. LOL.
Had it too... Sold it off too Same issues. You can hear it's noisy here also. But, tasty. I wasn't using it correctly I suppose. Hell, too me a while to get my CAE3+se preamp to sound the way I wanted. And Megadeth used them as well. That was a keeper tho...
Who's in MINNESOTA?
Mike, your playing was great on this vid!
Man, this takes me back. One of my local shops was a big Tube Works dealer. The first all tube amp I ever played through was a ProValve 60 & my first decent amp was a TD-752 (tube/SS hybrid). Good times!
Man you and your awesome 80s 90s rig. Always enjoy these videos. Makes me feel younger. Thanks.
owww man! I remember drooling over the Tube Works ads in the 90s Guitar World.
You even play on a Friedman guitar to capture Marty's sound ! Big Respect ! ;)
I actually have one of these in the shop right now. Cant wait to get it back and plug it into my rig again.
I agree 100% best metal album ever! So many great riffs on that record!
Totally agree on the band assessment 👏....
Good times.
MK
Yes, yes, YES!
That's definitely the tone right there! That's some great detective work there my friend! Now I guess I'm going to have to save up for a Kemper, some monitors and an audio interface 🤣
bro, I used to have one of those back in day...loved it!!!! wish i still had it!
That album is a classic. #1 thrash metal album of all time. It really put a stamp on their name as a band, even though Marty had a some pretty big lead guitarist shoes to fill, he did it beautifully.
Love the attitude you play with.
The overdriven tones are great.
Amazing sounding! Great demo dude
Thanks for all the time you put in to produce those great Kemper profiles!
Great album!!!
That's an impressive tone.. as good as any I've ever heard
0:40 that is a fact!
Sounds exactly like Hanger 18!!!! WOW!!!
Awesome video, Michael, thx!
I mostly code these days.
hey man WOW. Dude this freakin thing is amazing as hell. Thanks Mike!!
I had one of these nice preamps, used for years of gigs...really good tones, bit noisy and not as good as premium /real valve preamps
I always stacked the 2nd channel, sounded much more alive
Great review indeed!
I've had one of those since the mid 90s. Think it's been played through twice. 😅
killer tones!! best thrash tone ever
I loved the Tube Works MosValve amp.
I tried a Dumble in '87. The best way I can describe the gain is chewy. Not as high gain as a Boogie, but higher than what you'd get out of a standard Tweed, with lots of headroom, control, response. Very high fidelity, but very much organic in a guitar sense. They feel good to play.
Man you have some of those Friedman (no pun intended) solos down!
I recorded with the Triple Giant. Great amp. I don't regret using it at all...
I love these retrospectives!!!! I had one of these preamps for a week, took it back as I couldn’t make it sound good with my JCM 800....
Got one !! Sounds amazing!
As it pertains to guitar your damn right. Great album...
Awesome. Shared.
Awesome tone!
Yeah there's many sweet spots on that preamp, and yes the contour knob is the busiest, I'd like to be able to control the contour with a expression pedal 😎
I had no idea you could shred like that. Crazy!
Got the tones pretty spot on!
Awesome work, awesome playing and awesome gear! Congrats for the channel and vids! Keep'em comin'!!
I remember those - cool piece of kit!
Marty’s style is so interesting
Great video. Thank you Michael! 👾
When you listen to the isolated tracks of R.I.P. , its unbelieveble the amount of nuances in every note that marty plays, even when he´s at full speed, he´s from another galaxy. Its for sure the best trash album ever
AMAZING. He is from another galaxy.
Marty is truly an artist.
That word gets thrown around a lot, incorrectly, but in Marty's case it's fitting.
Those things always have that 80s tone that you can never quite get rid of. Stay in school!
No one can deny that Friedman sounded god-like on this album. Marty was really good for Megadeth even though Poland was my personal fav.
ur such a guitarist michael :)
Great video, tone and playing !!!
Now this is a tone video i'm interested in. How about one for another iconic heavy band, like Scott Ian on "Among the living" or Sepultura's Mark tone on "Beneath the Remains"?
Yes sir ! And I do also lol BK Butler real tube 2 is awesome, stacked mode is also insane ,, very tonal and articulate preamp.
I wonder what did he use to record countdown to extinction solos, that tone is so tight!
Don't know, but it was produced by Max Norman. It was their answer to mainstream Metallicas Black album.
Much better than the black album, but that's a matter of opinion.
I love Metallica too, just always loved Megadeth a bit more.
@@williamdistasio9358 Actually Rust came out prior to Black album. And yes it shit all over it!
@@justingibson5163 yeah I know . I was replying to Alexandre Cini about Countdown. Wasn't referring to Rust as the answer to the Black album.
yo nice playing man.Marty nieilsen cheers mate!
you nailed his tone and playing style ... subbed :)
Sounds really close
Good stuff! 👍
Yes! It totally IS the best album! Marty was a beast on it and Menza was sick on it!
Just bought this. Its absolutely PERFECT
Thanks Johan! Enjoy!
@@BigHairyGuitars Dude seriously your tones are amazing. I've had my Kemper for a month now and 90% of the time my goto sound was Vito on your ADA pack. Now Marty joins him :)
13:09 - That' s the Nielsen face of shred. We see that look when the tone gets dialed in just right and punches adrenaline into the shred vein.😠🤘
Dead eyes and grouchy face! Hahaha
I had one of these too. You could also stack the channel sounds together if I remember correctly.
RIGHT, a friend in Atlanta turned me onto this band in 1992, OMG...........................
Someone's been shredding over lockdown!!! Awesome mate 🤘❤🤘
This was absolutely the hardest stuff to play! VERY outside of my wheelhouse! hahah
Michael Nielsen nailed it mate
Nailed it. And agree about Rust in Peace - best speed metal album ever.
Five Magics and Dawn Patrol sady bring the album down from that lofty position, but I don't have another candidate.
@@peachmelba1000 I think those songs are ok. Certainly not terrible. But with songs like Holy Wars, Hangar 18, Lucretia and Rust in Peace, you can afford to have a few average songs...
peachmelba1000 omg I love five Magics!!
@@peachmelba1000 if you don't have another candidate then you've kinda undermined your own argument... I do agree that those songs are the low point of the album, but they only account for what, around 10% of the record? There's still absolutely no reason it still can't be the no.1 album in that genre.
You're probably right lol...it's the "speed metal" classification that has me stumped. I think of Megadeth as thrash.
I remember reading Guitar in the early 90’s where there was a Marty interview. He described his rig in detail. All I remember is there were a lot of pieces that I’d never heard of at the time. I could have sworn he had CAE stuff. Not sure though.
The CAE stuff was used on Countdown and Youthanasia into the VHT power amp. Rust was the Hafler Triple Giant into the same VHT poweramp.
@@brpadington Yep CD and Youth have that distinctive CAE sound
Totally agree that Rust In Peace is the best Thrash/Speed metal album. An absolute assault from start to finish.
I'm now just realizing, he's playing Marty Friedman with a Friedman guitar... Lol
This is quality fuckin content
Another great video. Thank you dude. Marty rules.
Yes that is THE best album PERIOD!
I agree best thrash album
His picking technique involves a flipper, that's why there will never be another Marty.
It's like spastic wrist flexion, Marty's right hand gets possessed by a demon with cerebral palsy when he plays.
Flipper? Haha.. the thing about his picking is the angle of attack.
@@CMM5300 The finger flick thing didn't start happening until after Megadeth, but cool observations.
I traded a few pedals for the 2100 half stack! Lots of different tones to be had! Great playing btw🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
THanks!!!
I used to run my Ada Mp-1 thru a Boss NS-2 in to the TW RT II preamp on clean to use the stereo fx loop on the TW RT II preamp. Worked great for years.
