Group sessions are great, I did some last week to boost my hours for the pre-Christmas bonus. Much better than PHs and it's LESS work, not more, because the students are all Intermediate or higher and talk to each other as well as to the tutor. Happy New Year Daesha
Hi Mike! Thanks for the insight on the group sessions. I'm excited to try it out when I get the opportunity. Thanks for watching and the well wishes. Hope your 2023 starts great ✨️😁
Thanks for this honest review. I have watched a few of your videos and I feel I can trust your honest opinion. Thanks again for your honest review. it helped me a lot deciding if I want to give this a try.
Daesha, Thanks for the 3 strike rule! I enjoy group lessons on other platforms and await Cambly's group classes. I was saddened to learn the Tutor Ambassador program has ended. #BringItBackCambly 😀😀🤣🤣😂
Hi Daesha..... thanks so much. New sub here. I'm living in Thailand right now and don't want to go back to UK to my old job, even though the pay is great. Not always about money!! I actually did a CELTA (TEFL) course years ago and did some classroom teaching, and I really liked it. But I lost my certificate so I am waiting to get a copy. However, in the meantime, until I get more experience and can actually prove I am a qualified English teacher, Cambly seems a great idea. Because the price of living here is so low, as long as I can earn a few dollars an hour, that would be great for awhile. Apparently as you get more experienced you can charge a lot more with other platforms? Anyway, just wanted to reach out and say hello - and by the way, you speak fine, and I am from the UK!! 😂😊 Oh, and I will use your code. I will sign up with them tomorrow, it is rather late here now!!
This is why I might give this a try. I am living in the Philippines and looking for a income to be able to support my low budget lifestyle here lol. have you given this a try? If so, how are you doing?
I want to apply for tutor position at cambly ...in the demo video we are provided with some lesson slides and we are asked to make demo lesson using that ppt..but I haven't sees any video jisme us ppt ka use hua hai...what to do

Thank you for the suggestion of the 3-strike rule and the supporting notes. That's a good idea.
Glad it was helpful!

Your content is great!! ❤ thank you so much for your work! Xx
Glad to hear another tutor uses a 3 strike policy. I get so frustrated with constant no shows.
Exactly!! 😅

But your advice rocks on serious note
More people = More work = (Should be) More money.
I agree 100% 👏
I know I wrote on an older video of yours, but could you realistically work 30-40 hours on cambly kids on a 6 day work week?
Do you have to report your earnings? for tax purposes
Quick question I guess I’m afraid of getting people who talk inappropriately does that happen?
You can report them.
Hi Daesha, can I ask why you don’t recommend using Cambly as a full time gig?
I want to apply for tutor position at cambly ...in the demo video we are provided with some lesson slides and we are asked to make demo lesson using that ppt..but I haven't sees any video jisme us ppt ka use hua hai...what to do
Mam tell me how much i will have to pay monthly fee for join group lesson plz guide me
Can we teach science through this platform?
Hi Daesha, what is your referral code please?
I applied here alot I haven't applied recently do you know if its still the same? I can't get in no matter how hard I try
Do you get rejected or they simply don't respond?
@@candyluna2929 They do not respond I have tried and tried. Not sure what they are looking for.
you are talking too fast for English learners to pick up on what you are saying,, its not good with the accent either.
HI Mike! Thanks for the feedback. I'll keep that in mind moving forward.
Your gabbling your words. Please don’t mumble and slow down 😊
Does Cambly provide the curriculum or do they expect tutors to provide one along with a lesson plan?
