Hi. I was rejected by Cambley and i dont know why i do work in schools with children and have done so for quite some time now... I dont know what it is that i did wrong. My demo video lesson for children was very good. . They seem hard to please. What can i do to get gwt rhem to accept me
I applied about 2 weeks ago, and I havent necessarily received a "rejected" email, but I did get an email saying, "Hang tight - we're still working on reviewing your tutor profile! Based on the needs of our students, it may take as long as many weeks for your profile to be reviewed." etc etc...just wondering if there is still hope?
Yes! Until you get an email that says something similar to: "We've decided not to move ahead with your application but please apply again in the future", there is still hope!
@@TeacherDaesha good deal! Well, in the meantime I am going to take the 180 course for TEFL certification. As I'm researching, it seems cambly is giving a shot to all the TEFL certified candidates first...so there is no telling when I will be contacted...once I have the level 5, I won't need Cambly at that point necessarily to land a tutoring opportunity will I?

I've got a Tesol and have done 14 years customer service and was finally happy with this last video I made and still no luck 😢 I mean if I keep applying I have to get in sometime right? I just don't understand what they want some people get in right away but I've been at least trying for the last 2 years

Thanks for watching! In your case you need to submit a ticket to Cambly asking for an update on your application. If they respond saying you are rejected then you can start the application process after waiting or using a different email. Hope it goes well!

Hi! It means there is still hope😊 With Cambly no news sometimes means good news. If you want to check on your application follow these steps to submit a ticket: 1. Log into Cambly. 2. Select contact us from the help center in the top right corner of your page. 3. Scroll down and select "submit a request". 4. Choose Feedback for Cambly, complete remaing info and submit.

I didn't exactly get the mail saying that I got rejected. but I send them an inquiry saying that I am waiting for approval. Then they said they can't move forward with my application. so does it mean that I am rejected?
In this video she mentioned about other jobs, if you were turned down or waiting for Cambly. It was mentioned din the video. However, she never talked about the jobs. I did t find the links for jobs in the description either. Any help?

I've applied muti times with muti emails. I've never got rejected it just stays in review for months and months
Have you tried submitting a ticket to check on your application's status?

Not necessarily...sometimes it takes months for them to reply even if it's positive. Have you tried reaching out to them by submitting a ticket?
