When it comes to bass fishing, one of the hardest things is learning a new lake. In this video I travel to the North Carolina/Georgia border in order to catch some bass on a highly pressured lake.
These fish were nearly impossible to catch until I pulled out a little Japanese topwater lure.
BassFishingHQ is dedicated to teaching people how to catch more and bigger bass. I will go over different bass fishing tips & techniques that will put more fish in the boat or on the shore. Whether you are just starting out or a seasoned tournament angler, my goal is to help you catch more bass.

If you want a challenge you need to go to lake James in nc there are lots of smallmouth/ mean mouth bass. It’s a tough lake but would love to see how a good angler that has never seen the lake before break it down.

Great video! I enjoy the Lake Break series and watching you try to figure out a pattern. Very frustrating on a herring lake sometimes. I’m still trying to figure it out on Lake Murray, so this was a helpful video to me.

Great video, i dont know if its just me but i feel like all lakes that are outside of southern and western lakes, are built the same. They all remind me of the same category of northern lakes. Love to see the hard work to break down this body of water, and actually catch a decent amount of fish.

Greeting, 10h to catch 12 pounds of Bass is still a good thing. I usually spend 5h to catch 2 bass....but I only fish from the bank, so ....what matters is the time we spend outside....very relaxing. Cheers!

These are my favorite type of videos! You need to do Orange Lake! (Around Gainesville, Florida). One of the best Monster bass lakes in the South!!! It would be awesome to see you flip and pitch the lake here for some true monsters during the fall.
I like watching how you break down new bodies of water. I try and do the same thing even for my local lakes that I fish. They're just so vast I can always fish somewhere new and sometimes it's tough finding the right pattern

Seeimg the "live scope" not of the fish but of a really good angler's brain. It's fantastic. The initial assessment, in situ problem solving, the improvisation and using discovered information to develop a pattern... just so damn good.

Great video, it really shows how difficult it can be to catch quality fish even with electronics. Imagine trying to catch 15# with none ?
Hate being surrounded by fish and not being able to trigger a bite! Think it was the change to overcast conditions that made them turn on? Appeared sunny most of the day. Spots are mean and I love chasing them too. Good video.
