This is awesome. I am working to get my writing business started, and the main thing I'm afraid of is sales calls, outbound AND inbound. Thank you for giving me a blueprint for both, and one that can work for an introverted individual.
I've seen Sean crack open Microsoft Paint to draw a funnel. Some folks like diagramming or flowchart software (I know www.draw.io is free) Nothing wrong with using an alternative, drawing it out on paper or a whiteboard, or using Adobe Illustrator if that's your drawing board of choice. It's less about the software, more about you thinking about the customer journey and the funnel. -Luke
Insurmountable information here. And, the last 4 minutes had me literraly laughing out loud. How dare anyone question the methods of the Sean McIntyre Casino and Titty Bar Emporium.
Great Value in this video. I have a question regarding Outreach Inbound. How do we let the potential client know that we're ready for the pre frame call? Is It cold outreach like DMs on Facebook or reaching out to people on LinkedIn when they react/ respond to our posts etc? What would you suggest? Thanks
You're welcome! Was there any discussion point in the video you found most useful? If so, please let me know and I'll be sure to mention it in our next stream. That way more people can benefit from it! Much love from everyone at Copy That! -Luke
@@CopyThat I loved the way you ease the client through the entire process. I also especially loved the point at 44:40 . It's something I hadn't thought about. Could you guys go into client relationship management (e g.) Getting repeat clients and referrals. And if possible can you guys go into contracts and what should be included to protect the copywriter as well as the client. (E.g.) how many revision rounds, turn around time, exact scope of work etc It's only my first month of copywriting and I'm still learning so these are very helpful
You do not need content paraphrase. Existing platforms do not release optimal text. Order excellent press releases content-driven at in the heroic textscout service
I’m a little confused, over the presentation they were talking about selling different ad campaign strategies, but aren’t we supposed to just write the words for those ads or emails? Or do copywriters also manage the ad strategy?
Many copywriters do also handle marketing and ad strategy. If you're making money writing, learning how to manage campaigns is a simple way to increase your value to a business (and your paycheck).
so do I need a software to make these ads or loading pages etc? I seen your last video on your 5 hour course. I think I have a prospect lead in my email but not sure how to go about it. He's a singer and I signed up for his newsletter but I firmly believe he is doing it himself and I believe I can genuinely help him. Also I am completely new to this. Never knew this existed until yesterday hence why I binged watched your 5 hour course video. haha
@@CopyThat I came up with a workable solution that would get around my desire to offer flexible scheduling with the problem of not being specific. I’ll explain when I work out the kinks of my framework and test it out to see if it works.
the bald guy is so unbearable! full of himself, thinking what he says is gospel. It doesn't feel like they are partners, more like the bald guy is in charge and the rest are just his minions! Great guest speaker though.
The amount of value in this is immaculate!!
No more being afraid of choking on a call

I'm surprised at how much you share in your videos, this is so damn valuable. Thank you.
again, a golden content & help, tysm👍
Where can I find the rest of the presentation that was being spoken about like the small talk tips which were on slide 37?
Wonderful!!! Thank you.
Funnelytics costs far too much for me right now, what else could I use? Just design it myself in adobe illustrator?

Great B2B pitch and content!
But what if you're just starting out and you can't really give the client any relevant tips yet because you don't have prior experience?
Thank you guys. ---> copy that! calls +free pieces of laugh.
Great Insight
what to do if the client is over smart during an inbound sales call

absolute goldmine
at 38:30 the masterclass jonathan is referring too, is it the same sales funnel masterclass that's available on youtube now?
How about contracts? aren't they important to include when doing an agreement with a prospect?

We do have a glossary: www.copythatshow.com/glossary
We also have many videos about these things.

When offering a time slot, would it be acceptable to offer two different days as opposed to two specific times on two specific days?
The more specific, the better. But if you can't offer an exact day and time, try using just the day.
