In this short video, we’re going to talk about some of the best hypothyroid supplements you can take.
The problem with many supplements for hypothyroid cases is that they help treat the thyroid, which is the opposite thing from what you really want to do.
Most hypothyroid cases are secondary to something else. So when you try to treat the thyroid, you typically won’t get anywhere.
The 2 causes of a thyroid problem and what to do:
    1. Cause: Lack of bile
    Remedy: Take Gallbladder Formula
    2. Cause: High estrogen
    Remedy: Support the ovaries
Try these hypothyroid supplements and see what they can do for you.

I have been on thyroid medicine since I was 25, I just turned 59 and the last three weeks I’ve been taking these supplements, and I feel amazing, everything Dr. Berg talks about makes sense in regards to what our body needs and how it all relates together, adding the sea kelp the zinc selenium potassium b-complex - I truly have never felt better!!!

A former synthroid user here; now 12-1/2 years free of using it. Bag the drugs the doctor prescribes (I say) and I am still having weight problems. Especially the gas, bloating and all that mess that goes with that. But hearing the video and seeing that there could be another associated issue, I am more apt to work the gallbladder and get that straight to see if that helps. At 54, I'm not going to take an ovary support. I went all natural, stopped cycling 2 years ago and never touched hormone replacements (that is why you have the hot flashes). I am greatly saddened to know so many people are given drugs by their white coat drug pushing doctors and their doctors don't have a clue what is going on with their patients.

I quit taking levothyroxine in March without the advice of my then, Endocrinologist. I realized it was causing all my side effects when I started taking iodine supplement. Once, I stopped using it, my side effects went away, and my vitiligo is reversing. Also, the Mirena IUD is what caused my Hashimoto's. As of my newest labs from my new PCM, my TPO antibodies are back in range, based on their labs, and my Free T4 is back in range (not quite optimal, yet). TSH is still a little high based on the high dosage of iodine I take, which is normal.

This answers a few questions l have. I was 19 and had my gall bladder taken out.. Something l would question as necessary if l knew then what l know now. I had 4 babies (twins) and my whole system struggled to recover. Shortly after l had my babies, l was diagnosed as Hypothyroid.. not Hashimodo's, although it is a possibility. I have been on Synthroid ever since ( over 30 years). This video makes a LOT of sense as l struggle with mood and weight. I will start taking gallbladder support as recommended. I already started taking a bile support tablet when l eat a lot of protein, especially eggs. Question: what tests do l ask my Dr. for for this? I don't want to fool around with this before l know what's what. BUT it sure fits my problems... Thank you.

What people don't know is that the gov.t has been taken over by big corporations and the medical profession is run by the pharm.aceutical industry. They don't educate the doctors to actually cure you, they just want to make sure you stay sick enough so that you keep taking their drugs, which means big profits for them. Shame on these doctors that blindly believe what they are being told and not questioning anything! It is right in front of their faces every day as patient after patient doesn't get healed. Same with the agriculture industry which is run by the evilest comp. on the planet, M.O.N/S.A.N.T/O. (if you are wondering why I am putting punctuation in between the letters it is because these same corporations own Google and they have algo-ry-thyms that will pick up this post and delete it since I am trying to tell you the truth and they don't want you to wake, up! This deletion of posts has happened to many people) People need to wake, up and fast!

Good stuff! The issue with doctors in the UK is that they only test for TSH. I had to specifically ask for free T3 and T4. I also get a full liver function test. My liver is always high for ALT, Gamma GT and bilirubin. My brother and 2 of my sisters also have elevated liver components and they are not overweight. If anyone can shed any light on this, it would be much appreciated.

Thyroid issues can also be caused by deficiencies in Iron, magnesium, iodine, selenium, and zinc. Try a multivitamin. Also, there are certain foods that can hinder the absorption of said nutrients. Gluten, processed foods, beans and certain vegetables etc. Eating less also causes issues. Idk why specifically but instead of restricting try changing the content.
The vegetarian diet might be hurting you. Broccoli, cabbage kale and certain leafy greens actually don't agree with us. And certain fruits. Fruits with pits.

progesterone production is depending on boron levels in the body. also testosterone. make sure you have enough boron. it also helps to get rid of fluoride and aluminium. but for that, you need to take upt to 300mg(up to 1/4th of a teaspopon) of borax a day for some time. dont overdo borax, too much is poisonous. also the parathyroid needs boron for its function.
borax is also good against systemic fungal infections.
and again vitamin d production is directly connected to vitamin d production, it traps the uv radiation to produce it. is the natural shield against uv radiation

Dear Dr Berg... where were you 21 yrs ago! I would never have had my gallbladder removed. They said my bile duct was loaded w stones [very painful] and it had to come out. I am now 71 and have been taking your gallbladder support for 10 days. The pain below and around my right scapula has disappeared. I have been taking levothyroxine for 11 yrs now. For reasons too complicated to go into here, my body couldn't tolerate 1/4 tab of 25 mcg... I was unable to take Armour thyroid as well... this went on for 10 yrs. My tsh was 15+. The endocrinologist I was sent to advised a low dose of valium. I did as prescribed bc I knew I had to do something... anyway, it worked and it had finally gotten to a therapeutic level of 50mcg/day w no cardiac symptoms. My question is this... How long before I can stop taking [ avg time] the levothyroxine if I continue on the gallbladder support? I also have had a total hysterectomy about 20 yrs ago and am no longer on HRT. Thank you!

I did keto successfully for 5 months losing 50 pounds. however when I had the strokes I gave up, gaining all the weight back. 3 weeks ago I started keto again. not so easy this time. I'm wondering if being on so many or certain medications can be hindering weight loss? I'm now taking 2 blood pressure medications, a medication for arthritis for pain in joints which I believe is from atorvastatin (I don't even have cholesterol issues. I also take aspirin and levothyroxine for thyroid. 6 months ago I was diagnosed diabetic (a1c of 12). after 3 months taking meds it dropped to 7. since starting keto 3 3 weeks ago my doctor has stopped diabetes meds because sugar's are staying between 85-115. will have labs done again in August. please help!! thank you!!!!
