    I'm not an elderly man but worth testing for sure. My balance was a little less than yours but had circus music in my head at the same time which didn't help.
    I feel I can't lose so now I'm going to work on it until I nail it. You've created an animal.

    Hey quick question, I pulled my hamstring about 7-8 months ago and have been resting it with little stretching. I have used It like light running and playing some basketball and football will trying to not cause pain in my hamstring. Do you have a reccomendations/workouts that you can advise me to do? Thanks
