Tried this workout for first time in life, over a year i never squated due to injury , let me tell u i m fucked, it took me over 30mins to get through this workout . Legs are cooked , i did 10rounds of 10 reps.
135 pounnd meant about 62-3 kg ... i cant even do 9 unbroken .. and double under is easy for me but only after 100wall ball (20pund) and i saw myself my leg was just stopped ... so .. couldn't evdn jump
