It's funny hearing people get all self righteous when they are wrong. 1. The hammer and sickle isn't exclusively a symbol for the Soviet Union. In fact, it pre-dates both Stalin and the Soviet Union. It has a broader significance and meaning in Marxist history. I don't think Morello is advocating for Stalinism, bud. Read a book. 2. There are guitarists who display their country's flag on their guitars, like Canada and the United States. Are you familiar with the history there, buddy? Would you be finger wagging at people for their nationalist symbols and accusing them of supporting every massacre and genocide done under those flags (and in its name?)? I doubt it. The sanctimoniousness could maybe work if you were actually informed.
Can we get newer bands like Spiritbox and Bad Omens? I know they have fewer albums, but I'm curious about how they stack up against bands with more albums.
Still waiting for Finn’s ska hate with No Doubt. But as a 90s ska kid from So Cal, I loved their first album. But I have to say they did get immensely better when Gwen’s brother left and she started writing songs. Him leaving the band was the best thing to happen to them.

Core by Stone Temple Pilots is my Fav debut Album
Motley Crue’s first album was very very good. Shout At The Devil was a touch better but Too Fast For Love was also great
I think Rob zombie said when they started they actually knew nothing about music or even how to play instruments but I can't fully remember, think it was on a rogan podcast
That Sum41 video has very soulful dude bro energy.
Static X // Wisconsin Death Trip
I'd argue this is the best debut album (and release in general) you could ever have on any sort of list. It's truly a masterpiece and no other band/album can emulate it.
Speaking of Paramore's first album, it's a damn shame it doesn't get the attention it deserves, when Pressure exists. It's probably my favorite song by them (except maybe Misery Business and That's what you get)
Paramore’s 1st album is one I still listen to today. I do like 1 song unironically off No Doubt’s 1st album, “let’s get back” it’s pretty good, but I have to be in a mood for it haha
The Cleansing cover art was Ai artwork before the Ai
Clearly you didn’t research Paramore. Haley had a deal with Atlantic before Paramore formed as a band. When they did as part of her deal, they got Fueled by Ramen to “release” the record so they could start out with some indie cred. Atlantic was funding everything. That’s when FBR became the farm label for the majors.
Finn doing the ussr history using a Canadian website. heck. I guess that's the problem with americans
I’m surprised Finn lifting his headphones and wincing isn’t an emote on his twitch.
Tims bass tone on that ratm album is what I always try to emulate.
-paramore: A : but emergency and pressure are just S++ GOAT tear imo, lift it from B to A
-sum 41: A+: 2 nice fast catchy songs and the instrumental tracks are also nice
the others aren't my thing
Appetite for Destruction is A tier debut album
That outro clip is wild
A hammer and sickle isn't an endorsement of the USSR. It's an endorsement of communist politics in general.
Cause thats much better right

Starting off with all we know is falling is perfect. Honestly it's my favorite paramore album. It felt like they lost something when riot came out
Paramore was signed to a major label for all we know is falling and no one thinks riot is there first album so I’m lost
“Pressure” off that first Paramore album is a banger.
The sac check in NJ was called a “tipper”
In Scotland sack tapping is called Toby tig
When I was in 8th grade and my friend said he was into Pantera, I thought he was a fuckin' poser because I remembered seing old videos, but I hadn't heard "Cowboys from Hell" ... a few weeks later "Vulgar Display of Power" came out and I was awestruck :p
APPETITE FOR DESTRUCTION GREATEST DEBUT ALBUM OF ALL TIME GUNS -N- FUCKING ROSES BABY 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
Cringe
It's not my cup of tea but for those who were around when it came out understand the impact it had
@@julesdevall2176 exactly thank you well said
Sponge 'Rotting Pinata' is a perfect rock debut album that no one knows about which is sad. Blessthefall 'His Last Walk' is a bonafide classic. Of Machines 'As If Everything Was Held In Place' might be the greatest debut of all-time to me.
Tons of bands were already trying to rip Paramore off after their first album. That one could be bumped up to A tier.
The cleansing and no time to bleed still hold up. Still heavy as fuck. No clue how people thought they were “gay” back then.
Can we get newer bands like Spiritbox and Bad Omens? I know they have fewer albums, but I'm curious about how they stack up against bands with more albums.
Although half hour of power is like only decent, some of those songs, especially makes no difference are SO GOD DAMN GOOD
I strongly encourage you to check out the make them die slowly songs prefromed LIVE there actually really good, when Prefromed with J in the band
Still waiting for Finn’s ska hate with No Doubt. But as a 90s ska kid from So Cal, I loved their first album. But I have to say they did get immensely better when Gwen’s brother left and she started writing songs. Him leaving the band was the best thing to happen to them.
Can I give a shout to Nada Surf? Their first LP, Hi/Low, is God tier, and holds up extremely well to this very day
