I love Bitwig really😍, but I would love even more if I have retrospective recording🤩. It's a long-awaited feature, and I would be really happy to see it finally added.
regarding Stepwise, I'll just put this here: Velocity per step. (drag note up/down, shift for fine tune) Repeat per step. (drag note to the right/left, shift for fine tune) Probability per step. (modifier key, and drag note in %, shift for fine tune) Up to 128 steps. (simple arrow for pages)
That Control Room channel is interesting. I see your master has no in/out set but control room does yet all other channels are being sent to Master. How are you feeding the channels into the Control Room channel?

A dome filter is one of the xonstituent building blocks of an analogue frequency shifter. I rhink that it generatea a cosine from a sine wave.
