@dustyns Question! 🙋🏽♂️ Why the 460 over a 351? Preference or was it just something simply you wanted to do? Reason I ask is because I'm in the market for a Bronco. And I have a 460BB coming out of a F100 that I own.
Armando Acosta broncos are heavy and a 460 does a better job of moving it. I have had a few 460 F-250s too and just like how they do Offroad. So once you go big block you won’t go back. This is just a toy so mpg is not a issue for me.

James Shride I didn’t have a donor but you could do that or a F-350 if you want a solid axle. I did buy a donor F-250 when I did my 5 speed swap after this video. Also didn’t want a diesel 1) cost to do swap 2) weight
Many reasons. #1 is it's very weak. Yea you can build a ttb to be pretty strong but for the money I can build a dana 60 stronger. Also because it rides like crap and my setup does better off road for the type of wheeling I do.
Nice rig. The one and only thing I would do differently,is get rid of those wheels. Never liked the large holes in the classics. Much prefer the wheels with the small holes. Other than that,perfect. Nice build.😁

96 came with both MAF and OBD2 from the factory.

naquoa shuey yes a stock bronco came with MAF and obd2 but not with a 460 and only California emissions F-250 and F-350 has MAF and obd2 460s

What headlights are you running?
Do you have 3 inch body lift and if so what kind of motor mounts did you use
No body lift, just suspension.
Motor mounts are stock 92-97 F-250/350 460 frame towers and stock 460 mounts.

Dude, gas is where it's at all the way. You only need diesel if You're hauling big trailers and 5th wheels

MPG? Who knows, it’s not great because I don’t baby it when I drive it. It wasn’t built for great mpg, I built it for off-roading.
Realistically he probably gets 4-6 mpg.
Honestly if you’re rocking a 460 you’re not expecting good mileage and if you are, then you’re a fool

j mangi62 those wheels and tries are gone. It’s now on 41.5” pitbull rocker tires and some atx slabs beadlocks.
