I grew up in Oahu. Today im on the mainland. What I always noticed about these videos is how much more brighter and vivid our home on the islands is. Mahalo for your efforts
Ali Wai Canal 💦 water looking dingy green. I miss Hawaii, always loved going there in winter, so I could get away from the 🥶snowy/Icy Cold MidWest Winter for awhile. Beautiful Hawaiian weather ❤️🙏🌟

Another great walk in Hawaii ,Chinatown looks great ,lots of great reataurants like at 3:12 nice waterway 6:53 , 9:59 very nice Chinatown Gate 😎 12:28 those look delicious😋Thank you for sharing this enjoyable and relaxing premiere A K🙂👍!!!
Good to see Chinatown on a weekday afternoon, but it's still fairly quiet. 6:28 Nice waterway. 9:33 Cool Chinatown Gates. I must not have walked through this side, since I didn't see the waterway and the Chinatown Gates during my last visit. 20:25 So these are the shops where you got your Aloha Shirts, nice! 😎 It's always a treat to see the bakeries and restaurants as well. 😋 Thank you for revisiting Chinatown and sharing this stroll, AK! 🤗
The week day in China Town looks quiet and peaceful ✌️...not many tourists or locals shopping in this area. Quite surprising most businesses are still open but guess every one stays at the beach resorts...there are quite a few eateries comprising Chinese, Thai and others...the local architecture looks similar to Asian cities like Taipei, Penang & Phuket...Nice walkabouts by AK...thanks for sharing 🎉😂
Hawaii still has 21 army installations that they no longer need. Those properties should be turned over to the Hawaiian people to build affordable housing, if need be you can move those army installations to Wyoming or Montana.
AK ❤ there is something calling me to Hawaii after watching your videos Have u been personally commenting where the best place to be would be? I’m an old hippie maybe I’ve answered my own question❤❤

You’re welcome, it’s pretty quiet but peaceful as you said
Thank you!
After 2PM it's a ghost town, it's busiest in the early mornings.

Ono authentic foods..fresh..use to get the roast pork and roast duck
So quiet compared to San Francisco, Toronto and New York Chinatowns.
Very true!

Omg why its so empty, what is going on to Honolulu
Drugs
longan for 5.99 per lb is cheap, in NYC it's usually at 9+
That’s right!
Nice trip and I think if you visit Pearl Harbor because it is very important
Sun Yat Sen.. Mall. What a thing for such a great man and founding father to be named after 😂😂
Condolulu.
Looks like they cleared out most of the homeless, you got harrassed by one only.
Hey
One hour parking 😅 guess the dont like business 😮
A depressed area with no soul due to high cost of living, high taxes and over regulation. The smart people left 40 years ago for freedom elsewhere.
It’s pretty depressed
So sad… 😞
Where's elsewhere? San Francisco?

Chinatown is dead. Quiet and peaceful implies there's life. No wonder businesses close early.
Most boring city walk tour of all time
