UPDATE 04/07/2016 - It's been a few weeks now and all the foaming has gone completely at the moment, the algae on the sides of the pond has died back considerably thanks to combined effort from the bomb removing the excess nutrients and the barley bag decomposing and the floor of the pond is looking a hell of a lot cleaner! Happy fish, happy acm. I've also added a pond aerator to keep up the health of the fish and quality of the water.
Having heard a lot of good things about this product and struggling to keep my nitrate and ammonia levels steady i decided to give it a go and wow, very impressed. Most the bad reviews around this stem from people just simply not reading what it is actually for, this will NOT cure green water or other algae problems, for those you require both a UV clarifier and one of many many algae killing products both natural and algaecides.
As you can see in the videos the water and foaming changed within 12 hours of application, and then even more within 24 hours and i now have a very happy and healthy looking pond!
Lovely pond & fish mate.. I've been using this for over 2 year's now always put 2 in clears my water & sludge within 2 days cannot recommend enough! nothing worked before this stuff, I also get the Evolution Pure Pond balls for my filter every spring chuck them in the middle of filter media so they don't end up in the pond I'd definitely suggest trying those too along side this 1
That seems like a lot of fish for small pond that size.

I get foam when my gold fish spawn. I have algae in my pond and it drives me nuts.
Whats better to jump start the cycle in my new koi pond, the balls or bomb? (No fish have been added as of yet as I just filled it with water 2 days ago)
For a new filter you can get Evolution Aqua Pond Start
The bacteria will eventually die off if there is no fish waste to feed them.

I just put one in my pond during the spring, then one in the autumn.

No you shouldn't really need too, but you can if you wish
Why did you put the 'bomb' in the pond - the instructions recommend you put it in the filter.
No, the bomb goes in the pond, the balls go in the filter
The bomb can go in pond or filter tbh
That was clean before you put the bomb in compared to ours
Is this been safe for your fish and is it safe for all kinds of fish?
Yes it's safe for all fish, I put one in every spring when it starts to warm up and the fish become active, feeds your filter and gets the water nice and healthy, If need be you can add another during the summer too.
@@Tony_C_UK our pond pump broke about 2 weeks ago we have been using a temporary solution just to keep the water moving someone brought us a new koi fish aswell I hope it's ok as haven't seen it much, should be getting a new all in one pump about Wednesday Thursday of next week we are on the green side should I put one in after the pump has been working or before?
@@1937Brett you can put it in any time, I would suggest this weekend to give it time to get to work, once you have the new pump/filter installed also get a bottle of filter start to help that along.

Will it definitely get rid of the green that we have at the moment?
Does it clean it if its abit green?
It won't remove the green, the filter will do that, but it will balance the water and make it healthier for the fish and thus more hostile towards algae

@@1937Brett it will help prevent more green from occuring, the only way to get rid of what's there is a filter

Try some marinepure in your filter. Your fish will love you for ever !!
adms2 tune my filter already had ceramic media inside however marine pure does look good

They feed the pond and filter And fill it with healthy bacteria.
