$400 sushi deserves better adjectives. I can get creamy and soft from freaking McDonalds.
or from sex?
You can get that from cream.. lol
what "cream" are you talking about? LOL
Regular cream. Lol
+Thomas G. Lau For Creamy and soft I can get a fuckin' $1 McFlurry
Please do not let modernists review Sushi restaurants if the only words they can use are "creamy", "tender" and "dimensional".
agreed
agree
agree
you forgot ssssooooooo
Nice job if you can get it... I agree.. You would have thought the minimum requirement was a sufficient vocabulary to give the viewer a clue about the experience...
So many "so"s, this girl made this video so soulless.
BTW I do think $400 is way costy, given that the best sushi of the world, Jiro, costs about $300.
and it's typically spelt omakase
Ingredients are more expensive in the US.
Also less fresh. Hence the mark up should be lower.
+IRockLikeISaid that's not how it works. A normal restaurant marks up food 200%. A high end restaurant in NYC, more like 400%.
As a reviewer for a 400$ sushi course you would expect the person to have a wider vocabulary range than "sooooooooooo" and "wooooooooowwwww"
Percival Concord* what dude ? 400 bucks is a cheap launch in fine dining
U forgot creamy bro
Verbal Vertigo Lmao you’re delusional.
Not really!! I would expect him not to speak English so that it appears more authentic and not American ..
Really?
her voice is literally what i think about when someone says "white girl"
bit rude mate
You're right, I re-read my comment and it's pretty obnoxious, let me re-iterate: She's so bland I'm surprised she didn't complained about the food being too spicy.
She might not be perfect but who is. Guess she can spell reiterate correctly though.
Leroy Amon: LOL! Had me thinking the very same thing.....
HOLY SHIt i thought i was the only one
Do Eater reviewers ever read the comments and feel bad about themselves
We always have a great time making our videos. Nothing to feel bad about. Thanks for watching!
+Eater I think he means because this video sucks
+Eater rekt
+TriscuitSnacks 😂😂😂😂😂😂
don't feel bad Eater, uncultured swine can't be expected to appreciate what you do. :')
Dear Eater,
Please never let her host again.
Suitable replacements:
Koko the gorilla
Some meth addict
Guy Fieri
Homeless guy off the street
Thanks!

Everyone
lol not guy fieri
would like to +1 on guy fiery
+IIceWeasellzz I second that motion.
Lmfao. Well put.
or my asian dad
Everything tastes "creamy" to her. Hmmmm.
now youre thinkin
It's all she can compare her diet to! xD
Right? I was thinking what kind of food critic uses the same description for everything lol
I wonder if she taste creamy...mmmm
+hmgl3oi69 hahaha
Guess what the ice cream tastes like? Yeap, that's right. Creamy!
D I M E N S I O N A L
So so so so so creamy
Lol
rezza rafee wooow
What else do you think it tastes like? Creamy is an adjective that describe the form of the food to be melting and spreading inside your mouth, it's to describe "cream like texture", the taste of any ice cream is mostly sweetness combines with taste of whatever they put inside the ice cream. Pistachio ice cream tastes like pistachio.
What else can you describe? A piece of toro tastes like a piece of toro, it's a distinctive taste, the texture has to be creamy because it's mostly fat. What else can you describe? Making up words that doesn't make any sense?
If I had 1 dollar for every time she said "so good", I would have enough money to pay my student loan.
this chick knows like 10 adjectives
right..I was like why does she keep saying the same freaking thinggg
Your reply is so creamy. So good LOL
Ele Thompson stop😂😂😂😂💀💀
+Ele Thompson lolzz
Holy fuck, my ribs.
This is basically a reacting video. The reason sushi videos from other channels are so popular is because they are informative.
Which channel? I'm so tired of this channel bullshit
search up munchies sushi series. so much better in basically every aspect
+Kamal H check out my channel. I have some sushi videos. I'm curious what you think of my content.
Not saying I don't agree, but the channel is called Eater haha. I find it satisfying to see them cut the fish
+vahidrvahidr I saw this comment and checked out your sushi vids. Love it and already subscribed. More NYC sushi vids plz =)
WOOOOOOW IS LIKE SO CREAMY WOW THE SAUCE SO TENDER SO DELICIOUS GOOD WOOW
lolzz
lol ! 😂
much wow
lol you are so bad
Where do they gets these girls is the idea like on game shows to have a pretty girl presenting the prizes but note on game shows they don't speak a word lmao
that girl cant describe food. why the hell did u hire her
xTenshiAi You can't use English properly, why are you commenting?
System 2194 Some people may not speak English.
where the hell is it stated that she's an established food critic? she's literally a normal girl being part of a recording for a youtube video, not a fucking professional discovery channel program, i get the feeling people are mounting on her like this just because it's a girl
xTenshiAi: FYI to all knuckleheads: Kat Odell is a professional "EDITOR"………, so her strength comes from and us on display when she WRITES an opinion piece about a particular restaurant or eatery AFTER dining there.... Just chill FFS!!!
AxlCake: Guess you never googled her bio online?!?! Very clever🤓
I love how she's explaining the flavors to the chef like he doesn't know.
You should know that a chef is more than happy to explain why
she's explaining for the viewers. unless you're assuming she's a complete idiot.
If that's all of it, then it's overpriced as fuck. $400???? Even Jiro himself is cheaper and this place isn't even michelin starred.
Jiro is in Japan.
lets be a little logical about it. Jiro is cheaper because he's in japan while this restaurant is in New York. The cost of the restaurant itself is much more expensive and shipping the fish over from japan is expensive. come on, be a little smart
+austin do do you know how fucking expensive tokyo is? Especially rent. Furthermore he is located in Ginza which is expensive as fuck. As for the fish, yes importing fish is pretty expensive too but it doesn't even compare.
Brock McClain Typically, blue fin tuna (the biggest and most endangered tune species) is directly shipped to japan since 90% of the world's blue fin tuna consumption is in japan. It's usually very hard to get your hands on blue fin tuna outside of japan.
Only Atlantic blue fin tuna is endangered, Pacific blue fin tuna is not.
So x14

+Eater ah um so a an so.....um um um um hehehehehe
A drinking game has been born! :3
She is the last person I would hire to do this video.
zetro becouse of nails?
Because it is so creamy
Soooo gooood
so tender
She was probably Eater's "Japanese food specialist" (cwl)
"WOW IT'S SO UM OMG I LOVE IT, IT IS SO CREAMY AND SWEAT LIKE TOTALLY ITS SO DELICIOUS. SO CREAMY AND GOOD. MY BAG MATCHES THAT COLOR 😱🔫
It’s creamy and sweat or creamy and sweet
That's not the only creamy thing she had that day
so delicious, so good, so creamy... please say something else
What else would a blonde chicken head say?
+sneakernomics DURRRRR
+sneakernomics IM A DUMB BLONDE DURRRRR
that is all they can describe American food, when its not american food. they cant say more.
@Crazee LMAO laughed way too hard, I am a terrible person...
Eater, i've seen your other videos, and I'm extremely surprised that you managed to get so many subscribers. Strongly consider hiring people that actually know how to describe food and not just picking them because they are good looking, social media aware, or trendy.
Thanks for watching!
+Eater He is right you know search for another host.
So creamy, so sweet, so tender. LOL
Thank you for that comment, i almost wasted more time with videos of this channel.
Does she know other words ? Also can she stop telling him what everything is beforehand ?
I think she's just a naturally bubbly person. She appears to be very happy and there's no need to be mean to her.
Stop telling us what to do, lady.
I admire her bubbliness, but her reactions on the food were SO SWEET AND kind of lame honestly. if you're gonna review 400$ sushi at least be more comprehensive about it instead of telling us "so gud amg"
Being nice isn't a requirement to be successful.
She sucks at her job, that's enough reasoning to hate on her. She had one job of talking about the food and she couldn't do that simple task. If you aren't able to take on the job then you should be fired. Find a replacement, there's probably a crap ton of people who can do better then she did
Her description of food is on point. Im sure all the food was so good, so rich, and so tender.
Wow - after watching, then reading through comments, I thought I was the only one that felt this video could've been so much better with a more detailed description of such an expensive and amazing looking meal. As a New Yorker, I would love to experience this myself! 😍
We have a few nice resturaunts up the line, my personal favorites are (from #3-#1) samurai in croton, kobu in mahopac, and Asian fusion in Mohegan lake, all have amazing ingredients, but if I were forced to choose my favorite, Asian fusion takes the gold
For $400 you expect the tuna and the snapper to be fresh...
That's the darkest tuna I've seen and the snapper looks like supermarket frozen.
Most sushi is cured for several days if not two weeks before serving. Thanks for watching.
+Eater I don't know that. I am an amateur sushi goer and I have never seen a tuna that dark. seeing that they shipped it frozen from the other side of the globe doesn't give me confidence.
but if I am wrong, I'm happy to learn something new.
+Shadow Heart darker is richer and denser flavour but the colour usually depends on the type of tuna as well as the freshness. I think the fresher the darker the colour is. At least that's what I think.
+crayon0730 I watch that tuna catching contest show. I watch numerous tuna carving videos, and countless sushi videos. I have never seen such dark meat from both type of fishes. I have not seen such darkened fish meat before. and I have certainly never even heard of frozen fish served as sushi.
Maybe it's a new thing. Maybe frozen fish shipped from oversees isn't worth sushi for hundreds of dollars.
If your sushi house is compliant with U.S. food health standards, it is most definitely frozen. Fish MUST be frozen at least once (usually on the boat it is caught on) to ensure that no bugs or worms make their way into the meat. Fish that is not frozen according to a specific standard cannot be called "Sushi-Grade" in the U.S. None of the sushi places will tell you that though, because some dumbasses actually think that "truly fresh" sushi always makes its way straight from the ocean right to the restaurant still breathing, miraculously completing all of the necessary health inspections and wholesale transaction processes within several hours. Trust me, the fish being frozen is for your own good. Do you know why traditional Japanese sushi is ALWAYS served with wasabi? Wasabi contains anti-bacterial agents. It kills the germs, bugs, and worms. And there weren't any freezers back in the day. So you could bet your ass there were germs, bugs, and worms in the fish. Frozen sushi is safe sushi.
It's "o-ma-ka-se"...eater I luv this channel but give your audience some credit....a $400 meal no matter what it is deserves more than just a "so good" or 5 other basic adjectives. Where's the background, the history, the comparisons, the feeling of being there? she can get away with this drinking Starbucks nitro but cmon guys not when you are forking $400 bucks to give her a free meal. You are better than this.
That's the best they can do.
$400 for sushi is nothing. I'll pay that money and have people eat it for me because I'm too rich to eat it myself.
You're probably a homeless guy who stole some kids iPod while he was giving you $2 then you went to a McDonald's to snoop on his apps
why people want him to kiss his sister?
"Mmm so good" Ima need some better explanation if I'm going to buy $400 sushi
MRSS "So Tender"
When he handed her the ice cream he should of looked in her eyes as he tasted it and said "oh this is so creamy" and then smacked her
hahahahaha damn this is hilarious!!!!!!! LOL
Lmfao 😂😂
BRUH
Geezus christ, I never thought I'd be turned off of amazing sushi because of the person eating it.
Why?
Toa Onua how ? Atleast she actually knows what she's talking about? Stfu
Cya Round "i like sushi and it tastes good" is her. No, that doesnt give her any credibility
Toa Onua good picture m8
*****
I like how she says "so" before every adjective. It's not annoying or tiring at all. So not joking.
MrAfterword ikr
These videos always feel more like an excuse to eat really expensive sushi, than actually trying to say anything too interesting. They contain no real explanation of the process or the idea behind it all.
Is it just me or the girl sounds sarcastic when she makes a compliment from the sushi
So tender,so creamy...wow...wow...and WOW. I'm gonna go get Starbucks now
Hahahaha 🤣 perfectly described
Give me a printout of Chef Saito smiling.
What are you doing here?
Now Chef Saito I can get into...
LOL
Jonathan Leiman You're fucked.
prntscr.com/hj0n54
Here you go xD
I can imagine after having this, you ended up eating a Macdonalds to fill up the tank
the one thing i hate about most restaurants in nyc. the portions are for a child. my last few trips ended up with me eating 2 or 3 dirty water dogs. Just to fill me up.
like i always say only the chinese that feed us delicious food & much much cheaper than most as well...
Got an extra chicken?
Julian Cortes
Sorry I'd finished them the last time I visited Black Wing Lair
Get back in my Hearthstone deck you scrub! Who gave you permission to leave? ;P
You paid $400 for the Japanese version of eating Costco samples?
We did walk away with a case of paper towels...
u dont know how ignorant u sound right now
sry, i dunt take adviz frum ppl who rite lyke dis, u no?
your an idiot
"your an idiot" - Royce59
LOLOLOL Aaaand the streak continues! No one who thinks ill of me can express it in a grammatically-correct sentence! Even in a "sentence" with 3 words, one can manage to make 3 mistakes, and call someone else an idiot! Amazing! Glad to be on the other side of you guys!
$400 is a ridiculous price for that. unless he served way more than shown in video, it's at most $200 omakase. 2x multiplier for being in manhattan i suppose.
ssh83 ur a weeb
MRSS actually he/she isn't just because she/he knew about the price doesn't mean he's/she's a weeb
Yeah, weebs have never experienced fine dinning anyway. Closest thing they've experienced to any restaurant experience is that one time they ate their instant ramen at a table instead of in bed while jacking to loli hentai.
" so creamy"," so delicious", "are you trying to get me drunk?"'
Was anyone else waiting for Celeryman to show up?
turn up the 4d3d3d3
I'm pretty sure the video editor was trolling us with that song
for that amount of money he should be hand feeding you like a baby and keep the sushi coming until you cant take another bite
We're all for a sushi restaurant, where we are are hand fed, that is all you can eat. Please let us know which petition to sign to make this happen.
$400 for any dinner is absurd unless you are feeding several people. I'm sure she was given more sushi than what was shown in the video but I highly doubt it was deserving of the price. I would recommend Ru Sans in Atlanta for excellent sushi at a completely affordable rate.
have you ever been to fine dining?
If you go to Buzzfeed's channel, they tried three sushi restaurants. One was an Omakase that was $250 for the sushi and sake. It can get pretty expensive sometimes.
Cheyenne Watson i watched it the other day when they posted it and I wouldve agreed with Keith and given Sushi Stop the win based on the fact that you wouldnt have to max your credit cards out for a dinner.
$400??! Omakase? Seems more like a $40 kaiseki to me
Agree with you, those not worth $400
actually this head restaurant in Japan is well known RIP OFF sushi restaurant like Ginza Kyubei, what a shame
But they close the whole restaurant and cut a shipment from Japan in front of you.
I don't think she showed all the courses. Should be more.
What is the difference between both of them?
“Delicate”
“Creamy”
“Sweet”
“Delicious”
“Rich”
“Good”
“Tender”
I could do a better job ffs
You sound jealous
😂
No, you can't. A piece of toro tastes like a piece of toro. There are only so many accurate adjective you can derived from one kind of taste.
Bigger vocabulary = meaningless, you're talking about the same thing, it's about whether you can make a more exact description, and you can't, pal. Cooking that focuses on the taste of the ingredient usually can not be describe, because nobody knows what constitute that ingredient's taste. Cabbages taste like cabbages, there are sweetness inside the taste but sweetness alone is not enough to describe the cabbages.
Proteins like fish or meat is much harder to describe because they taste like what constitute them, different kind of amino acid, so go ahead, genius, form a new system of categorizing taste.
Idiot.
400 wasted dollars, she would have thought the same of Walmart sushi
Ikr
yep, the walmart sushi is creamy too
TheQuasarOfKnowledge Walmart has sushi?
Or a whole cow.
Don’t know if it was wasted she seemed to be REAL INTO chef Saito……. Ore than she was into the CREAMY sushi anyways
"i might get drunk, are you trying to get me drunk?" Someone's wet
IASIAN FUNTAGE she definitely wanted that chef to get In her pants
Creamy dimensional, sweet wow soooo good hahahahhaa that's amazing
Kevin Estrada or maybe inside her bag
"So good", "So delicious", "So creamy", "So tender
You're making me so hungry and I just ate
+Monkey D Luffy You're the idiot here. AAV was being sarcastic.
Repeat over and over again
looks like they kicked up the 4d3d3d3 for this video
Computer can you generate a nude Tane?
not to mention NO mention of oyster in a SUSHI RESTAURANT. For this kind of money I better see his amazing rugged smile
Now Tayne I can get into!
celery man
can I get a hat wobble?
Wow this video was just SO good, I could watch SO many more videos like these because they're like SO entertaining, like the SO soft, SO rich, and SO tender sushi videos
They should've sent an actual food critic instead of her.
goldsheikh you’re mean
A J how is that mean? Everyone's entitled to their own opinions; that being said his opinion just happens to reflect what most others think lol
Daniel Nguyen shhhh wasn’t talking to you
The knife work sold me
dude looks like Eddie Huang
Ahhh he does
Racist! Are you saying all Asians look alike?! 😂
+Luqman M (Lukes) but they do
That's why i clicked. lol.
Don't be a hooligan! Lol
no matter how those haters try to bomb, I still like her (and Lucas and Nick too)
So do we, thanks for watching!
+pismosi no she annoys me as well.
+sneakernomics same 😂😂😂😂😂
I'm sorry but I do not hate her. But in all honesty this was kinda pointless. Its basically just a video of a girl eating and saying its good.
why haters? It's just some girl talkin about good food. Nothing wrong.
i really want to like her but...it's really hard to hear a professional sound like a teenager from the valley.
Lulu Li your comment was sooooOOOOoo gooooOOOD. So creamy, so rich, soo gooood. Maybe she can download a so good thesaurus app so her soo good vocabulary will be sooo gooder.
On next week's episode: Kat tries cheeseburgers! "So creamy...so sweet."
Everything is so "creamy" and "sweet."
I'll just buy some ice cream instead.
so tender, so good, so rich.....
Did I just hear the Celeryman song from Tim and Eric's Awesome Show?
Now Tayne I can get into.
i cannot stop laughing thinking of celery man just dancing in the background of the restaurant
Wowww. So..that ice cream is sooo creamy, the cone is just soooo delicious, and that napkin around it just adds another layer of complexity.
much sweet, much creamy, must complement each other, much wow, much delicious...
0:49, chef that ain't a drink
LOL!
r key lol. So creamy. So so so good.
If Kat is going to review a $400 omakase, she should work on building a better food vocabulary and a more distinguishing palate. I don't think it's asking too much to want a food critic/reviewer to say something beyond that was "so delicious" and "like can you show me how you cut the fish." Hard to respect the opinion of someone who sounds like she just stepped out of her Malibu barbie house.
why does it sounds like she has a frog in her throat?
She has swallowed enough tadpoles for one to grow into adulthood.
😂😂😂
Lol ik zie jou overal sinds ik je kanaal ken
vocal fry my friend
Because of me last night... 😉😉😉
Stay froggy...🐸🐸🐸
" i love it with the brain in there, is so rich and flavorfull..." like wtf girl
Yes, it's time Kat Odell purchases a glossary and dictionary because this review was so good, so tender, so soft, and so, like, wow.
TENDER, CREAMY, GOOD, I LIKE IT
She didn't say that the ice cream was creamy
dafuq $400 for 5 dishes and an ice cream? hell nah!
This is by far the best omakase experience you can get in America period. Chef siato is funny as hell as shown in the video but the quality of food he produces is just amazing. A lot of people may scoff at $400 for food but if you never experienced an omakase before try it and you’ll realize quickly why it’s so much. Also I got a lot of questions on if your still hungry after the meal and the answer is no! This video doesn’t do it justice you get a ton of food! Obviously each dish you get changes with every time you go but you’ll get 11-16 dishes and you will get full fast! So I recommend you go extra hungry and skip your previous meal. I need to start eating here more but as of now I’ll have to limit it to twice a year.
This video was so good. So good. You can really see the hilarious and the humor was so creamy. You can really taste the soft and tender. Wooooooow.
Y'all hating on her because all you're eating is cup noodles and budget coco pops
100% guaranteed he hit it after that
I think she was full because of the ice cream not the Sushi...
DewClarke hahahaha
DewClarke this isn’t the full course, if you paid 400$ you’d probs get a lot more than that, you’d get like 15 pieces minimum
Absolutely nobody in the entire plain of existence:
Kat Odell: *it's so good*
“I can taste the wine. I’m drunk. Are you trying to get me drunk?” Lmfao.
so how many pieces of sushi did she get for $400? it didn't seem like very much, or the kind of presentation you would expect for that money. i appreciate that the ingredients and location are pretty exclusive, but i would be a bit underwhelmed if i went for a $400 dinner and got 10 pieces of sushi served to me in that manner, some tiny cakes and a soft serve vanilla ice cream... i'd rather go for oysters, lobster, caviar and filet mignon... and finish it off with an insanely creative desert... surprise me.
celery man MUSIC!!!!! YESSSSSSS!!!
Would've been an interesting video without the unnecessary commentary
When he says "cheers" while holding an ice cream cone, i automatically think of Andrew and Steven
I swear she’s just spitting out words she thinks would help the video “so creamy” “so rich” lmao
“So tender, so good...with the sauce is like double power” wtf
So so so so...Your sushi videos break over 3minutes but you can't do it to your regular videos? I am ashamed of you Eater.
4 out of 5 of our last videos published were over 3 minutes. One was 5min, one was 3.5min, one was 4min, and one was 9min.
+Eater lmao. you got salty.
+Eater wooow that was creamy
YOU PETTY PONCY WHINEY OMG FFS REALLY?!???? OH BOOHOOOO ITS NOT 3 MINUTES BOOHOO WHAT YOU SO BUSY DOING THAT YOU CANNOT WATCH LESS THAN 5 MINUTES OF THIS EXCELLENT VIDEO????? DAMN
Jdgaf bh
everything is "so Good' "so Tender" "So"... didnt like her :P
this is what I love, when the host uses too many big words he's labelled as pretentious but when the host uses regular everyday words to describe the food he's not qualified enough. UA-cam commenters sure are hard to please.
Octopus: So Tender, so sweet, so creamy!
Fish: So Tender, so sweet, so creamy!
Cake: So Tender, so sweet, so creamy!
Ice Cream: So Tender, so sweet, so creamy!
She did not get a Louis Vuitton purse with money she made reviewing food.
ONODERA BEST GIRL
I was waiting for this.
Anthony Castro You know it ;)
after reading so many mean comments about the girl, i tried to like her... i really tried. the problem is that despite all her babbling i still have no clue what the food is like
Chef says: "okinawa"
White Girl says: "Legit"
She eats the uni, shivers over the bitterness, and then compliments it for how sweet it is...
$400, are you full afterward?
that food is worth only 48 bucks tops.
It's not about class I can recreat the same experience at home for less, you say class I say being suckered in to some BS just to impress your friends. Class is a illusion.
I agree with your statement about class. But I think you are deluding yourself if you believe that you can create the same level of sushi as this guy at home. Unless if you have been training as a sushi chef in Japan for the last 10 years that is, then pardon me.
Ranit Ghosh Yeah but I think this stuff should cost below $100
Gajeel Redfox I think it's unfair for most of us to judge the cost of the meal just because we aren't trained as professional chefs or own high-end restaurants. So a lot of the time we are undervaluing what we are getting, just because we don't know what's going into that meal. And I don't just mean ingredients because time, staffing costs, rent and utilities can cost a lot too. But if any of you do own/work at a restaurant in the 50 Best, then I am happy to be educated by you.
I think at the end of day we just need to be happy with what we get and if $400 sushi isn't your thing, either stop complaining and go eat somewhere else or open up your own place and change things.
isn't it spelt Omakase lol
*spelled
spelt and spelled are interchangeable
Dont care, still wanna bang the hostess.
+0stmackaa lmfao
+Awesome Adam and Max Spelt is a word, jackass. It's what you call chaffed wheat. So yes, OP was wrong, but you're not as intelligent as you think you are, dingleberry.
she said so 32 times in total.
"Mmm... So good! So tender!"
Wow, with a description like that, I can almost feel the taste in my mouth. Journalism at it's finest.
Looks amazing, I need to stop being poor and go try this
Dat knife skills makes me ashamed as a professional chef
i wanna have half of his skill. oh wait that's way too much. 5%.
ugh not her again
What does $400 buy you? The right to consume unsustainable/endangered species.
Don't let Greenpeace hear that. Sad that one group of People may cause the extinction of whales. Just because they won't consume other foods.
dude, nothing there was endangered. the ocean sustains itself and the roe is almost certainly farmed, meaning extremely sustainable. think for yourself.
+John Doe For sure, the way some people speak they think the billions of people consuming food all the time will never make a dent in ocean life.
That dude Liver king will be so proud right now
this remind me of an episode from the simpsons when homer received marriage advice from the sushi chef while eating omokase lol
sushi chef: "marriage is like sushi, all the delicacies and greatness are taken into care into making it the best sushi one deserve, and all the guts and bitter parts we use it to make omokase"
homer: "omakase......where have i heard that before"
sushi chef: "you heard nothing, now eat your omakase"
hahaha not literally the actual wordings but close enough
