Glad to hear. My number when I had it checked a couple of years ago was same as you. My number is 340. Do you take injection or cream? How much dosage and price? Any side effects? I found out at the age of 29 that I was infertile, and at the age of 36 that I had a chronically low testosterone level. Will never know the cause but I get booster shots every 11 weeks and it helps me feel a bit more normal. One thing that helped recently was a WFPB diet where in 3 months of careful eating I saw my Testosterone levels take their biggest single rise in 5 years, so my take from that was careful eating can help even if you don’t produce testosterone naturally like myself.
@@TheCharnwoodCyclist Jumping in here. I believe I saw somewhere that high fat foods such as red meat increase testosterone. In addition, a diet consisting more of meat and less of vegetables are avoiding some of the pesticide treatments.
I'm also skeptical that avoiding animal products in your diet has a lot to do with increasing T. If you have research indicating this I then would like a link, please, as I am happy to learn. Eating whole foods in general (as opposed to juices) is surely a good move.
I think economical problems rising are causing an increase in stress from a young age. The stress lowers T, low T kills motivation and willingness to take on challenges, and that avoidance causes more stress
Men just need to do things that will naturally boost their test. Society now makes it easy to be lazy and eat shit food and do nothing. Go to the gym and lift weights, pick up a martial art (like jiu-jitsu) and eat healthier. Once you do that then you'll have a solid baseline to work off of. Go get tested afterwards and then see if you actually need medical intervention to boost test. Don't get why this is so difficult to understand.

Eat more vegetables and I always eat a lot of nuts, and potatoes, and protein is usually chicken or turkey, most time I eat beans and get my protein from that. Then I workout lots, but keep in mind to make sure you recover. I run long distance, but this is where people do not understand. We should be extremely worried. Not just that, but women facing a similar issue in a in a different way. And what's even more worrying is that not a single major health organisation or government even makes as much as a mention of it. If this continues we could reach the point where less than half of the humans who are born are even fertile to begin with in just a few decades.
@@lepsychiatre8455 Well, that's the only conclusion I can draw. Especially with how hard they seem to be censoring depopulation theories and are hell bent on calling it 'dangerous thinking'.
The real problem is that there are so many healthy young men trying to get prescribed TRT to bulk up at the gym. It seriously puts shade on the issue because it makes us, people with real testosterone problems, look like jocks that want to get big at the gym.
I think that is the real source of the problem, compounded by plastics and phthalates. The oestrogen that is in the water supply because of the female reproductive pill. Water treatment plants are unable to remove it from the water and so it goes back into the water source.
On a hunch, I looked up when margarine took off. Margarine is usually vegetable and I've heard petroleum based. Either way, it took off in the 1930's. The same decade sperm counts fell. We could be ingesting pesticides that way. Wikipedia: Margarine, particularly polyunsaturated margarine, has become a major part of the Western diet and had overtaken butter in popularity in the mid-20th century.[28] In the United States, for example, in 1930, the average person ate over 18 lb (8.2 kg) of butter a year and just over 2 lb (0.91 kg) of margarine. By the end of the 20th century, an average American ate around 5 lb (2.3 kg) of butter and nearly 8 lb (3.6 kg) of margarine.[56]
In fact the agenda seems to be opposite, to lower our levels so much and make men and women much more similar and in turn more conformist for the dystopian future.
Right? Like these spree shooters, people will focus on guns rather than looking at why these alienated single men are choosing to do that. Literally NO ONE cares, it’s mind boggling. Makes you think it’s an intentional thing.
I dunno about the specifics of that theory, but considering no government or major health organisation even mentions this, I can only conclude that this whole thing is intentional.
Yes of course, let’s advance the quality of life and life expectancy for decades on end, and then suddenly decide to depopulate the planet. You conspirtards really make no sense.
Yes!!! The testing in testosterone levels, one measurement of test level rule applying to all men is redicoulous to me. If women need estrogen medicine to regulate periods, hormones its helped with a doctors visit. Checked to see if they're ok, or they need a tweaked dosage. But men can have symptoms that effect every day life function and be denied testosterone medicine because they don't fall in a chart under 300. Just sorry there is medicine that can help you but no.youre at 330 can't help you legally. Crazy to me.
Agree mate but testosterone is so cheap on the black market why suffer? Just jab 150mg testosterone cypionate/enanthate every week that's close to trt levels 1100
Women actually are just as affected by taking estrogen. Because women's estrogen is on average lower than their amount of testosterone. When they take birth control it can give them mood swings and absolutely obliterate their sex drive.
@@THRIQUILLED yeah there is good black market labs out there but in many cases UGL gear is filled with bad carrier oils that’ll destroy your lipid profile or potentially worse. And you will have to pin a lot of bunk before you find a quality source. And I say that taking UGL and Pharma grade test this very moment. If you’re sitting at 330 and want to get on TRT my suggestion is to 1) doctor shop - if you live in the US there are telemedicine clinics that’ll help you out and hormone clinics owned by bodybuilders that’ll prescribe you shit. 2) lower your t levels voluntarily by long distance running, eating fast food, vigorous masturbation and stay away from weight lifting. Then go in with lowered T and they will have to prescribe it to you. Look online for safe ways to lower your own testosterone for further info. Watch Elliot Hulse, he recommended a long time ago not to drink from plastic. I never do, I have my own stainless steel and titanium water canteens that I regularly use. You'd be amazed where phthalates are, they are even present in shaving creams and moisturisers. You can literally rub it into your skin, it's horrendous. I was very much curious as to why me and my twin are only 5,7 and if you look back on history the men of my past are much larger including my dad. Look at facial hair and baldness, many men I know can't grow facial hair and are going bald early in life. It's a terrible situation, but I'd like to know whether something is causing this or if it is nothing to worry about. Also, why is it just men that are being affected? And do phthalates do anything to affect females? Hopefully things will start coming out of the wood work, just stay away from most massed produced crap. Stuff you eat and drink should be only what our ancestors ate and drank.
There seems to be a hypothesis that DHT causes hair loss. There are several DHT blocking pills and shampoos on the market. Are these DHT blockers blocking the same DHT that’s needed for testosterone production? Could hair loss treatments be interfering with testosterone production?
It's not just the conversion of testosterone to dht but the amount of dht receptors in the hair follicles Some men can juice have high dht levels but hardly any receptors in the scalp so keep their hair
DHT is a byproduct of testosterone. Drugs like finasteride block the conversion of T into DHT. They actually raise serum testosterone slightly because of that.
Yes, that's the same DHT. DHT is actually a much more powerful androgen than testosterone, responsible for making men into men. With how much our hormones are already being fucked, I would never take a pill that blocks either androgen. I'm lucky to only have mild hair loss so far, but I'd try everything else other than that. And I'd like to think if I had severe hair loss, I'd just accept it and shave it. As Charles Barkley says when an NBA player is balding, "come on home brotha. Shave your head and come on home."
My understanding is that your body utilized testosterone to create dihydrotestosterone so I don’t think it would but I know for a fact the first comment on this thread knows exactly what they are saying. A lot of depends on blocking the receptors in your scalp not DHT production; granted I’m not an endocrinologist so your question is still a very valid one that’s worth getting a much more informed answer too.

I think our constant interaction with plastics around food is likely to blame for this
It's not just one thing to blame. It's the total package of all: microplastics, pesticides, chronic stress, diet, etc.

We should be extremely worried. Not just that, but women facing a similar issue in a in a different way. And what's even more worrying is that not a single major health organisation or government even makes as much as a mention of it. If this continues we could reach the point where less than half of the humans who are born are even fertile to begin with in just a few decades.
Well maybe that scenario isnt all too inconvenient for the mentioned institutions.
@@lepsychiatre8455 Well, that's the only conclusion I can draw. Especially with how hard they seem to be censoring depopulation theories and are hell bent on calling it 'dangerous thinking'.
What issue faces women?
@@Jaapst Gender dysphoria seems to be one prominent problem for young women in western society
The real problem is that there are so many healthy young men trying to get prescribed TRT to bulk up at the gym. It seriously puts shade on the issue because it makes us, people with real testosterone problems, look like jocks that want to get big at the gym.
How are people not taking about the effects of birth control on human hormones profiles across generations?
I think that is the real source of the problem, compounded by plastics and phthalates. The oestrogen that is in the water supply because of the female reproductive pill. Water treatment plants are unable to remove it from the water and so it goes back into the water source.
On a hunch, I looked up when margarine took off. Margarine is usually vegetable and I've heard petroleum based. Either way, it took off in the 1930's. The same decade sperm counts fell. We could be ingesting pesticides that way. Wikipedia:
Margarine, particularly polyunsaturated margarine, has become a major part of the Western diet and had overtaken butter in popularity in the mid-20th century.[28] In the United States, for example, in 1930, the average person ate over 18 lb (8.2 kg) of butter a year and just over 2 lb (0.91 kg) of margarine. By the end of the 20th century, an average American ate around 5 lb (2.3 kg) of butter and nearly 8 lb (3.6 kg) of margarine.[56]
THIS!!!
Should we be worried? Yea, probably, but realistically I don't see anything being done about it. Men's issues might as well not exist to society.
In fact the agenda seems to be opposite, to lower our levels so much and make men and women much more similar and in turn more conformist for the dystopian future.

I think that would depend on whether or not the herbicides had phthalates in them.
Plastics in the environment are a huge contributor
There seems to be a hypothesis that DHT causes hair loss. There are several DHT blocking pills and shampoos on the market. Are these DHT blockers blocking the same DHT that’s needed for testosterone production? Could hair loss treatments be interfering with testosterone production?
It's not just the conversion of testosterone to dht but the amount of dht receptors in the hair follicles
Some men can juice have high dht levels but hardly any receptors in the scalp so keep their hair
DHT is a problem if you have a genetic background…
My understanding is that your body utilized testosterone to create dihydrotestosterone so I don’t think it would but I know for a fact the first comment on this thread knows exactly what they are saying. A lot of depends on blocking the receptors in your scalp not DHT production; granted I’m not an endocrinologist so your question is still a very valid one that’s worth getting a much more informed answer too.
