    I'm over 70. Worked as a carpenter most of my life and still do sometimes. This past Sept my testosterone level was 916. It's a bit higher now. Those levels are what men in their 30's have. My BMI is 21.8, perfect. Why? I was and still am physically active my whole life. Do not stop moving or exercise. Stay away from processed foods. Don't ever stop learning.

      Bro, it is literally genetic you have that high testosterone at 70s. We domesticated ourselves though and women chose more beta men to have children with and here we are. Hopefully science invents a new way to make Leydig cells produce more testosterone.

      Yeah sure but we are talking about genetic decline due to our pollution with these testosterone blocking compounds. Margarine, particularly polyunsaturated margarine, has become a major part of the Western diet and had overtaken butter in popularity in the mid-20th century.[28] In the United States, for example, in 1930, the average person ate over 18 lb (8.2 kg) of butter a year and just over 2 lb (0.91 kg) of margarine. And you will have to pin a lot of bunk before you find a quality source. And I say that taking UGL and Pharma grade test this very moment. If you’re sitting at 330 and want to get on TRT my suggestion is to 1) doctor shop - if you live in the US there are telemedicine clinics that’ll help you out and hormone clinics owned by bodybuilders that’ll prescribe you shit. 2) lower your t levels voluntarily by long distance running, eating fast food, vigorous masturbation and stay away from weight lifting. This is the arena of huge corporations that control our food supply (there's lots of videos on this, look it up). Governments are also trying to control food production as a means of population control. The corporations would not be that willing to change their processes if it meant the loss of of profits. Maybe we need to be more aware of this connection. It may save our civilization.

    You'd be amazed where phthalates are, they are even present in shaving creams and moisturisers. You can literally rub it into your skin, it's horrendous.
    I was very much curious as to why me and my twin are only 5,7 and if you look back on history the men of my past are much larger including my dad.
    Look at facial hair and baldness, many men I know can't grow facial hair and are going bald early in life. It's a terrible situation, but I'd like to know whether something is causing this or if it is nothing to worry about.
    Also, why is it just men that are being affected? And do phthalates do anything to affect females?
    Hopefully things will start coming out of the wood work, just stay away from most massed produced crap. Stuff you eat and drink should be only what our ancestors ate and drank.

    • @sup9542
      @sup9542 2 роки тому +4

      Yes, that's the same DHT. DHT is actually a much more powerful androgen than testosterone, responsible for making men into men. With how much our hormones are already being fucked, I would never take a pill that blocks either androgen. I'm lucky to only have mild hair loss so far, but I'd try everything else other than that. And I'd like to think if I had severe hair loss, I'd just accept it and shave it. As Charles Barkley says when an NBA player is balding, "come on home brotha. Shave your head and come on home."

      @@ERROR674 no, pushing back on their “pride.” It’s getting old having them scream their sexuality at everyone constantly. They have a whole month now dedicated to them for Christ’s sake. No one cares what you do in the bedroom. So stfu about it. You folks don’t own the rainbow either, so stop posting it everywhere. You don’t see straight people shouting their sexuality, demanding congratulation now do you

    He is saying all of this, while obviously being middle-aged, yet juiced up
    ... should we all then resort to that. Oh, btw I'm one of those fragile looking, boyish & beautiful men... some would say not masculine enough.... BUT... at 42 my hair is glowing... ALL of it... no receding hairline for me or grey hair, I only have 1 35 year old amalgamated teeth filling, I'm slim, youthful, athletic and I look 15 years younger...easy... so what do you want? You want to be me or him?

      Btw it's not like it's optional... you will look the way you will look, it's not like it's a choice, unless you want/legally&financially afford to look like him. I look the way I do bc my Age-defying DNA is superior to others. My parentsl ooked the same when they were my age.
