Thank you for the video. How about CA state passive losses carryovers that differ and is LESS than the Federal loss carryovers. On CA state screen 3801, I am able to "add" to the carryover amount that was reported on the federal return but not "reduce". The CA carryover is less than that for the federal. Thnx!
