I think the old Warner Hotel site can be accessed from Winding Stair Gap trail near Cane creek. I’ve heard that remnants of foundation is still there. At this point, probably buried by the forest floor

Good video. I never thought about not traveling 192 way to get there. Did you go thru sinking creek or ?
The road bed followed the 192 corridor until it reached the drop to the river. That is when it veered another way.
