For Moon cloud guy, he practically debunks himself when he zoomed in on the Moon at 11:43 and the cloud that supposedly disappeared behind the Moon reappeared again. Most of his video is correct exposure for the clouds around the Moon, but if he just changed the exposure to suit the bright Moon then he'd be able to see the clouds he thinks are disappearing behind.
He debunked himself with that great shot of the lunar craters. The moon is a solid ball. How would the craters get on the flat earth "moon".
He knows this pretty well. This is why he panned away from the moot and towards dark sky quickly, as the camera adjusted the exposure for the moon being correctly exposed. Probably he has his exposure measurement set to the middle of the frame and thus he had to pan away to get this measurement point away from the bright moon.
After going back and forth with the first guy, I finally figured out that he is actually a parody channel. He’s very convincing tho lol

For the moon one, if it is truly that close, it should be easy enough to ring a mate who lives on the other side of it and have him take pictures of the other side of the moon while you take pictures of this side. Oddly for such a close object, that can't be done. It's almost like it is a tidally locked body orbiting more or less a quarter of a million miles away. Weird.
If the moon was that close, then I'm afraid we'd only have 72 hours to live because of gravity, oh I'm sorry "density"

Phuket said that if he was up higher he would still see the sun, then literally seconds later wonders why the clouds (which ARE UP HIGHER) are still being lit by the sun.
If the Moon was that close, Banjo could easily jump in his car, drive a little bit and take photos of the other side of the Moon. Or he could get a friend to do it.

The one with the clouds and the moons is frigging hilarious. The moment the moon stops being hugely overexposed in his video, the clouds that were supposedly behind the moon suddenly spring into view in front of the moon, debunking himself.

The funny thing is that when Banjo Flat Earth zooms in on the moon, the clouds that he says are behind the moon start to show in front of the moon. Priceless.
He doesn't understand that zooming in is also increasing the f-stop of the lens, thereby reducing the exposure; a great self debunk!
Phuket Worlds video: The low-altitude clouds are indeed illuminated from behind/above. But interestingly, the picture also shows clouds at higher altitudes, and the bottom of them is illuminated! It couldn't be on the FE!!!

According to you flat Earth dipshits, the sun is constantly above the magical space pancake (typically outside of the dome you morons claim holds in the atmosphere). Since all of the clouds are, by necessity, inside the dome, the sun must be above the clouds at all times. As such, the sun could absolutely, 100%, _NEVER_ illuminate the bottoms of clouds...because the clouds would _ALWAYS_ be _LOWER_ than the sun.
And, before you try to say something even more idiotic, perspective can't account for it. In reality, if you understood how perspective works, you'd understand that regardless of the distance between a light source and an object being illuminated by that light source, the light source cannot directly illuminate the underside of an object that is physically lower than the light source. But, despite this incredibly simple fact, you morons will continue to use your magical flerfspective to explain phenomena that are impossible on your magical space pizza.

The clouds in Phuket Word's video aren't being lit underneath because the base of them falls within the shadow of the second band close to the horizon.
Shoutout to the last guy for straight up proving the earth is a globe with his footage and explanation. It’s like getting the right answer with the wrong formula.
That first guy did a great job. He lived up to every expectation I have for flat earthers and went a step beyond. Kudos!

If he's using any sort of CGI to doctor a digital flip book type thing, it would be far easier to just use CGI to do the whole thing. No compass needed. 🤦♂️
Yeah, that's a lot quicker too. I think anyone with basic understanding of animation and a good program can fake a timelapse of the night sky in less than an hour. Hell I could probably even do it in Photoshop in that time if I wanted. It's just cooler to point your telescope or camera at the sky and make a real one xD

Seriously: How do those people even function in real life? Astonishing.
Well ..... have a look at Chubbyemu’s channel, where people eat and drink all sorts of stuff, hoping it will make them healther.
This is going to be a hot take and im going to get flak for this. We (the intelligent among us) have done an excellent job making things "Idiot Proof" with warnings and directions on everything. To the point where you dont need any base level of knowledge to get started doing a job. We have collectively made the barrier to entry so low that literally anyone can do anything.
I'll give a practical example. When you are rigging a crane and using the nylon straps to do so. They are not only color coded but also have labels sewn on everywhere telling you the max load in various configurations. If we are color coding them, and there is one guy in charge, why do we need the label? If you are in charge then you should know what the colors mean. Enter the idiot. Idiot sees a strap that is heavy and uses it not understanding the color coding. people die. Now there are labels, so as long as you can read at a 2nd grade level this doesnt happen (ideally) anymore. This is gross simplification and may be factually inaccurate but if that is the case take this as a metaphor and not a literal example.

So the moon is at an altitude of around 30,000 feet. Same as the clouds.

What's interesting is that when he zooms in on the moon, and it changes the saturation levels, then zooms out, causing the moon to oversaturate, some of the clouds "disappear" from in front of the moon, proving that it's simply a visual artifact from his camera.

That was some pretty skilled photography. The clouds in front of the moon AND the clouds behind the moon are in focus when the moon is out of focus then the moon is in focus and both sets of clouds are out of focus. Amazing stuff.

Additionally the exposure required to see the details of the moon is pretty low, you cannot see the thin clouds but when he adjusts (or his camera auto-adjusts) to be able to see the thin clouds the moon appears to be like a WW11 searchlight.

Oh boy, you can really tell who was at the back of the class, daydreaming, when the teacher was explaining physics.
I paused the last one and put a straight rule on the horizon. It wasn't 100% flat. Was nice of him to show us a small curve. Was also nice of him to compliment the sunset shortly after saying it wasn't setting.
So, this astro photography "debunk" pains me. When I added astro photography to my landscape photography, I was blown away by all the observations you basically get for free. The 15° per hour drift is everywhere and if you want non-streaky stars you need to take that into account when calculating the exposure time, depending on your lens angle of view. You can see Jupiter's moons and Saturn's rings. You see the big dipper and then you zoom in and see that Polaris is ever so slightly not exactly north. I mean, sure, a used camera and tripod that can do all this costs more than a rice cooker, but seriously, you can just sit out there on a clear night with a sketchbook and trace a single constellation over time and you'll see the movement.

It couldn't be that camera sensors in extreme low light show colour deviations in shadows? Also, what is he on about about paper? Is it a flip book or cgi? I have taken one pictures of stars with a basic 24x36 camera on a dark night, and I wanted to have fixed stars, so I took a 3200 ISO film. Even with this, if you go beyond 5 SECONDS of exposition with a 50mm lens, you have trails instead of points.
@@OlivierGabin you are right, the "classic rule" is 500s divided by focal length in mm, so that would be 10s, but if you want to "zoom in" or make a large print, then you need to shorten that time. The "spot stars" calculator I use says about 5s is recommended.
That said, in some situations, I do like some star trails :)

13:26 That shot of the sunset _is actually proving the curvature of the Earth._ The clouds at the bottom are dark because they are blocked from the sun because it has set behind the horizon, but the clouds above are still lit because they're higher up, so their horizon is further away, so _the sun hasn't actually set yet_ for them.

The more I listen to flat earth, the more I want to talk to one face-to-face because I really want to understand how a person can be that deprived from any ability of reasoning. It’s as much scary as fascinating.

We observe the sun and moon locally from the individual's unique perspective, it's not a physical object in the way we know physical objects to be. I believe we are living inside a simulated reality.
