I started in the fitness industry when I was only 18 years old, and I knew that it was where I belonged. I had always been into fitness and enjoyed being active through my whole childhood. I was involved in Martial Arts, Wrestling and Football throughout high school and was generally a very physical person. I have been in the field for 26+ years and plan to stay here for many more. While I always enjoyed my work and was successful with it, I was not as passionate then as I am now. The passion didn’t come until much later. i dont usually do this. but 3 days after this video was posted the love of my life died. she was 20 years old, i found this video today and it helped me so much. she was such a blessing to have in my life and i will always be grateful for her. life is short but the impact we can have on others is what makes it worth it.

I lost my grandmother a few days ago and I needed help with my depression and this man is truly helping me overcome this loss in my life and is helping me move forward and stay strong for her but if anyone is going through depression plz listen to him he's truly a life changing person

I use to work a factory job working 10-12 hour days and one day i just decided it’s not what I wanted anymore. I worked on myself and now I make $20,000 a month from my business just by taking action and realizing that life was too short for me to work for someone else

In the last month I have had 2 friends pass away,I have a personality disorder,I fight it everyday,emotionally and verbally,Some days I win and feel good but some I lose and I feel really bad and depressed,With suicidal thoughts,1 thing iv learned this month through my friends deaths is life is to short,One was 45 died in hes sleep,He worked where I worked for over 15years,The other was 22,I know people dont think of death but believe me it's coming,So please enjoy what time u have left,Be happy at no matter what cost,& tell your friends and family you love them everyday,No1 is promised tomorrow,God bless x
