Yay you finally got me moving thank you🙂 stoke survivor,ischemic 12 yrs ago at 50. I was in good physical shape,job requirement and just always into keeping it physically fit,which I believe is what allowed me to recover my left side. However 3 yrs after had a bad enough back injury due to work related so the last 7 yrs so out of shape. Wow this should have been like nothing and really not felt but amazed that it was🙂I'll be following you alot closer now. Have a awesome day🙂

I love these exercises, I do have very painful knees and my right arm is painful to raise up and do a lot of these exercises. ♥️♥️♥️
