My suggestion for the re-scape of Rosé’s old tank is: neon pink gravel, a single fake plastic hornwort, a spongebob house, and no rocks or any hardscape.
eh, that would fit perfectly in a 0.00000000000000001-gallon tank, I say add about 20 more Spongebob houses and a Squidward statue so the fish can use around less than half of the tank, it doesn't need the whole thing.
What about the .25 gal bowl or the mountain dew 'i havent done a water change since the dinosaurs went extinct' Oh and the 20 bettas and the water marks that go half way down the tank

I heard that the white matters on drift woods are actually wood sap. And heavily branched ones (especially grape vines) tend to get tones of them. High quality ones are not supposed to have them because they are dead and dried long before taken and used by humans. But the ones that do get saps leaking out is most likely to be some scraps from other timbers cut alive.
You should get some honey gouramis. Get a pair or more since they are social so they will be happier and it's also more interesting for the owner since watching them interact with each other is a lot more interesting than just one.
Chris you need to start visiting stores once the pandemic calms down .. there is a whole new level of excitement when a UA-camr buys fish from the store !!
My 42L King Thai tank is in the living room... but my 11L Female is in my room :) Girls only in my room. (Relax my 11L is a nano with live plants... anubias... filter, heater.. hell its even got nicely tea coloured with tannins) and shes a Juvenile, less than 1 inch atm.

I'm interested in the behaviors of different fish. Why do you love endlers? How do endlers behave? How about the behaviors of tetras? How do different species interact with different structures in their environment? Which fish like to hide? What fish like to graze on their driftwood and hardscape? How do I keep from making a freaking mess when I do water changes? Love you though! Humble, sweet, great guy!
I previously commented seeing the first 2 minutes. Now after seeing the whole video about the tank. You have a ton of nano fish, Bettas, plants, shrimp, ect.... Sometimes switching things up is really fun! I am not saying massive fish like an Oscar... Instead something just different. So, what's different than what you have that works with your style? I think an absolute SWARM of kuhlis loaches, maybe just kuhlis loaches would be insanely cool! I have never seen a tank like that and sheer numbers can really bring allure to these fish. My experience with them is that they are really active and social cuddling together and swimming every where no matter what time of day. You could even get one show fish of your choice. It looks like a 10-15 gallon? So probably a gourami of some sort, honey, paradise, neon or none at all and just stick with the kuhlis. Another option is shell dwellers.
That tide pool video is pure heartwarming gold and anyone who hasn't needs to go watch it also beautiful fish corner and comforter I'm gonna rate the whole experience a 5/5 let's go
With the superglue and the moss you definitely need to have a thicker or bushier piece of moss or that white glue will always show through. I had the same issue. I ended up getting a much bigger and bushier piece of moss, ripping the original off, and then gluing over it.

I dont have a balcony. But I have a burlap sack that used to hold rice. I use it to break rocks when I need smaller pieces.

Pro-tip! Use smart outlets for light timers. You can program them and turn them on and off from your phone or google home/alexa. Its fun
She could use coffee grounds instead of onion. Learned that trick from the ICU.
