If you put the mod on the gives you orb of power, you can 2 tap guardians with I think 5-7 resilience. 2 orbs of power mod up to 8-9, and 3 will kill titans with 10 resilience

My opinion: 6v6 you'll be fine, there's a ton of random things to worry about. But for 3s, just have a backup 60 resil build. For me it takes my mobility down to 90, as well as some strength and intellect, but a lot of lobbies don't even have a thorn, so I don't even have to swap.

The catalyst gives a base stat boost to range and stability. The refined soul activates upon kill or retrieval of a soul. Hope it helps👍
