Not long ago I got a Bounty Hunter Pioneer 202 as a gift and it scored a very worn silver half dollar in my sister`s yard, and of course a toy car, and it did well on the more modern coins in the yard. It was a lot of fun to find coins again as I haven`t detected since the 1990s. Sadly the power lines or WIFI interfered with it too bad to search at my nephew`s place next door which is a very old home site.
@TheHunterGT How are the ergos on the simplex? I just sold my NOX because I disliked the ergos so much. Loved the machine but dang, it would really fatigue me after just a short amount of time. It always felt like it was trying to rip itself from my hand. I'm sure the cuff strap would've helped, but c'mon...that's just a bad design lol
Awesome video Hunter it was great to see some new territory and I'll bet it was fun for you and your partner really enjoyed your video. You guys were definitely in weedy heaven. Can't wait for the weather to warm up here in Arkansas a little bit so I can get out and start doing some metal detecting myself. Take care of Hunter hope you're doing well. I will be looking forward to your next video! Be safe.
Nice hunt! I’m sure you’ve already told everyone, but what kind of pin pointer do you use? I’ll have to switch it up, since the Simplex doesn’t like the garret carrot. Thanks!
Bang on days hunting man. Nice one. Graeme R kindly managed to supply a first U.K consignment Simplex+ for one of my mates. Needless to say, my mate swears by it as a great coin finder, and no coil issue for him, so far so good. ATB
Thanks Tim! Yeah it is really nice to use. Very light, fast, separates well...ticks off many of the boxes I need. Between this and the Vanquish the bottom end is pretty much locked up.
Hopefully you can get a load this way so we can get to hunting - or at least a lunch. I love Park mode out here...hard as a rock dirt in most areas. Who needs depth! lol
You can't beat that. I just a Simplex the other day, so I've been watching a lot of videos on it. It seems like it will get a lot better depth than this f44 I've been using lately. It get so hot up here in the summer, I figure it will be a good one to try underwater detecting with.
I absolutely loved this video!! Getting excited about the simplex. For the money, it's looking like an awesome detector!!! Awesome find on those Indian Head Pennies!!!
Oh for sure. Greg here in the video has a reale from here. I drove by one mission couple years back that looked prime for detecting. I should call and ask them one day...
Hi I am a new subscriber from the Digging Canuck Live Stream! I hope we can connect! I got a new Simplex+ but I need a good set of headphones for it! Any recommendation?
Hello and thanks for stopping by. Did you get the base version without the wireless headphones? If so any 1/4 inch headphones will work (or any 1/8th inch with another adapter). All I sell are the wireless and waterproof one personally.
Wow get you on some virgin ground, look out here comes the spankings, just tearing up the real goods out of the ground, that's all you needed was some good ground WTG man nice hunt.
Well there you go now you’re starting to find stuff Indianhead with the Symplex good deal I am subscribe to your channel and I watch you all the time but I like the

AWESOME DUDE! The Simplex straight up ROCKS!
Yes indeed. Great detector.
I have noticed the numbers jump a lot more on trash.
A good thing since trash is usually odd shaped and not round like a coin.
Nice finds Hunter. I will be looking at Simplex this week.
Right on Greg. It is a great one for sure.

No issues for me. Its way better than the Anfibio which can be a bit tiresome on the wrist and shoulder after 6-7 hours...but not quite F75 perfect.
I'll get one soon , when I do you'll be the one I'll go to, the price simplex and water proof is a no brainer, thanks for sharing
Thanks Hank...appreciate that...and you watching as well.

Thanks Danny! It was a great spot for sure. Look forward to heading back out for a visit some day. Take care my friend.

Thanks! I use the Nokta PulseDive in the land mode. Works great for my needs.
Looks like the nokta pulse dive with out the coil 6-8 inch coil doubles as a pin pointer.
Very nice John. Glad to see you getting the coins you deserve
Well I don't know about deserve lol...but I enjoy them!
Just saw one of your videos, great job ! Will be contacting you in the next 2 weeks to buy a Nokta Makro Simples.
Sounds great...thanks for watching and commenting.
Cool day!

So THAT'S what the Hunter GT looks like!!
In all of my glory lol
Man, makes me miss Lompoc, California
That's one reason I don't like park mode it's shallow and ID is off.
Hopefully you can get a load this way so we can get to hunting - or at least a lunch. I love Park mode out here...hard as a rock dirt in most areas. Who needs depth! lol
Nice hunt John. Beautiful area 👍
Thanks Iffy...a very nice spot for the eyes.
That's a great place for California. I live in Northern California and have only found two Indian heads in my life.
It sure is. My buddy who lives down there finds old 1800's coins just about every trip out.

Thanks man I appreciate that! It is a great one for sure. Won't be long now and we will make that trade.
Name a better detector for the price
Congrats on the IHP’s!!!
Thanks Dennis!
HunterGT, you mentioned find 4 60's dimes and none of them were silver. Correct me, if I'm wrong, but Silver Dimes were minted until 1964.
You are correct. Finding 65 and later will bring you no silver.
😂🤣💀
Man nice find congratulations thgt and Greg Vittoria
Thanks Cruz!
Where theres wheat cents theres history!
I'm considering a simplex plus as a backup to my nox!
It makes a great backup to the Nox/Anfibio/Kruzer/F75....really a good one for the price.
@@thehuntergt Thanks when ready to buy I'll let you know
The new legend y nokta is going to be nice for 645.00.
Any Spanish silver left around those old Cali missions?
Oh for sure. Greg here in the video has a reale from here. I drove by one mission couple years back that looked prime for detecting. I should call and ask them one day...
@@thehuntergt That would make an amazing hunt. Don't forget your Zorro mask :)
That pinpointer is pointed out.

Good video.
The look on your face when Greg was filming the off camera IHP was priceless, wish I was there! Congrats
I was pretty stoked to find it...then the 2nd one popped out. What a day. Someday we will be popping them in Iowa together...guaranteed.
What kinda pinpointer are you using ?
PulseDive from Nokta.
Great detectors we have them both , awesome video again ❤️🇳🇿
I agree Leah...very nice detectors. Thanks for watching!
My anfibio nailed a wheat at 9 inches
Nice! Deep for sure. Almost all of my finds in California are shallow...so I love the fast separation and recovery speed.
@@thehuntergt our ground is frozen now
Congrats hunter on your indians

Yeah I am really thankful for Greg inviting me to a spot like that. Had alot of fun. Thanks for watching!
That looks like Moreno valley 🤣😂💀
Close but no cigar.
Its in the IE
