    Nitric oxide has the potential to reshape fundamentally the way we think about the respiratory system. In 1998 the Nobel Prize in medicine was awarded to three American scientists for their discovery of nitric oxide’s ability to expand blood vessels. This phenomenon is called vasodilation.     Day 1 - felt a rush of energy after the fire breath and then the humming breath calmed me don and i saw yellow then blue color in my third eye. Does that mean anything?

    Hi, my nose is often stuffy, which makes it difficult to breathe clearly through both nostrils. Could I still benefit from these two exercises?

      I get that when i go to high altitude places in the mountains so i do alternate nostril breathing. It's difficult at first then it gets better.

    Would you recomend the 15 second meditation right after the breath of fire and before humming or just jump straight into humming? And if so why

      Yes always good to give 15 to 30 seconds meditation for building awareness towards the energy change. Remember, the meditation between the breathing techniques is where most of the mental benefits come from. Namaste my friend. Cheers Abhi
