Every episode i just love mike more and more. He's so funny, and the whole karaoke anxiety thing i feel with my WHOLE CHEST. I always stay away from karaoke places because im terrified of being called up there lol. This episode was lovely! ALSO me typing this as i eat my bagel breakfast
Unpopular opinion, I feel like Matt gets more harassment on this podcast than people say he does on Unfiltered.

UGH LOVE LONG PODCASTS! I like to spread them all throughout the week so I always just pause and continue whenever! Sometimes I get too caught up and finish them and have to wait a week for a new episode and it’s so sad

100% agree. I think they taste just fine. But just a big piece of bread in the morning sucks. Don’t mind a good bagel sandwich with eggs, cheese and some sort of meat. But just a bagel is weird

Isn't this just "hot takes" episode again 🤨 lovvve yall but idk how long you can keep up "topic" exclusive episodes. I like the idea but overall I think its more fun when you just sit back and hang out... even maybe loosely sticking to a topic. Imo I do not mind when you guys get "off track" I actually prefer it 😅
Okay matt saying he’d have to pee on a hike really hit home for me 😂 I’m a rock climber and I recently went ice climbing, I was the only girl on the trip we were climbing for about 7 hours, all the boys were peeing on the side of the mountain but I had to poop so bad and hold it in the entire time. It was a nightmare so I totally get it 😂😅
I can relate with Mike about the karaoke thing, I never sing when I'm out with my friends coz I know how bad my voice sounds but I sing though when I'm at home or I'm alone hahaha.

You guys talking about French people is the funniest thing... I think in Paris everything is go-go-go and we don't have that culture of being super polite to customers (part of its charm LOL) but I don't think it's anything geared towards Americans specifically ! We get straight to the point, and don't put colour around each interaction like Americans are used to so I completely understand that it seems super abrasive on your end
Mike you gotta open your mind a bit more. Camping is so much fun. Being in nature, having fun with friends doing outside activities, making fire, cooking over an open fire.

Those headbands have been around for a while for Korean skincare! Hehe it’s ugly but it does the job and keeps your hair out of your face for makeup/skincare 😊

I’m 26, got married at 20 to my childhood sweetheart and we have 2 beautiful daughters now 🥰 we have chose to grow together and not apart and our goals are in sync. Getting married at any age can be amazing if you work towards your marriage. We will have been together 13 years this may and married 6 this august ❤️

Pro tip if you ever go to France, especially Paris: always say “bonjour” “bonsoir” and “mersi” having a conversation, at restaurants etc. it will make a world of difference than saying “hello”, “thank you”. Your experience will be much nicer.
Matt has never had a real bagel, it is boiled first then baked so different.

I love bagels but I heard a long time ago that one bagel is the equivalent to 4 pieces of bread so it’s a once in a while treat for me. You know when you hear a word so many times that it starts sounding weird like it’s not a word? That happened with bagel.
Could Matt make it any more obvious that he's never watched Friday Night Lights. I hate football and it is still my favorite TV drama ever. It doesn't hold your hand and it focuses on characters in a realistic manner in a town obsessed with football. Sorry, but he showed his hand too strongly.
I will only camp when I'm on a multi-day hike. I dont understand the whole drive up and then camp..I suppose unless you were there to fish or hunt. But some of the most beautiful lakes and places to hike to in this country will require you to camp overnight in order to reach the distance you're going.
