Yes, add a little olive oil to the outside of them first so they won’t dry out during baking. My grandmother used to layer the ingredients and bake it in a casserole pan. That is how I sill make it.

Can you please tell me why my kibbeh turned hard. Also we don't find bulgur in my area. Can I use broken wheat ? Instead of pine nuts can we just use almonds or walnuts ? Because pine nuts are very expensive

Se le agrega agua caliente, como para pre cocinarlo. Aquí no lo especifica. Pero se que así es como se prepara el trigo. Fíjate en otros videos y verás que es con agua caliente.
