Clark I have been wanting to meet u for a long time bro. I've been watching ur since I can remember. So many have been helpful. BUT I still struggle and end up falling back into this hamster wheel. 😢 I'm 41 I've had so many highs so many lows. I'm ready to finally be the man I know is in me physically emotionally financially. This video really hit me more than any other before. I wish I could afford a way to get a call with u or ur program. Im at probably the lowest point of my life because it's in everyway health wealth emotionally. If there's ANYTHING U CAN DO TO HELP ME PLZ REACH OUT. YOU TRULY INSPIRE ME SO MUCH ❤YOUR WISDOM AND TALENTS HAVE HELPED SO MANY AND MADE SO MANY PEOPLE HAPPY 😊
BTW.. ur a badass drummer also 🤘

When you tell yourself you'll do something and then don't do it, it's like breaking a promise to an amigo. Each time this happens, it chips away a little bit of your confidence. You start to doubt yourself more the next time you make a promise, even if it's just to yourself. It's like if you keep saying you'll go to the gym but never do, you might start to think you can't do it. Keeping your word is really important. It helps you trust yourself more, and when you trust yourself, your confidence grows. Remember, every time you do what you say you will, you're strengthening that neural connection and making it easier and easier to follow through. YOU GOT THIS!

So true. They talk about this in the book ‘the body keeps the score’ by breaking a promise to yourself your body stores that pain, disappointment & anxiety. Self confidence and discipline can start by rebuilding your trust with yourself with simple things like “I’m going to get up and get a glass of water” and then actually doing it. Baby steps they say 😂

This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my UA-cam channel 8 months ago about self development. Now I have 1,210 subs and > 1,000 hours of watch time. I know it’s not comparable with others but I’m still proud I started because I’ve been learning so many lessons that I could haven’t learned without getting started in the 1st place.

That's gr8 news in more ways than one.
This is exactly what I have been thinking of myself for a few years now..... that if I did what I said I was going to do, then u would begin to be confident in myself again. Vaping, cannabis, not exercising, not sticking to the plan.
At night I say I'm done and In the morning......... break that promise in two pieces.
I begin my day with sinning against my own self. I people please to compensate..... OMG!
      EPIPHANY.........
gotta go check it your channel now

    • @nathananderson8720

@@jeremyscloset Having the growth mindset also gave me the courage to start my UA-cam channel. Remembering your why's is much more important than the analytic growth. Sometimes I get trapped in focusing on any external rewards from this channel to the point that it paralyzes me from taking actions and I think this is what makes most people not even start at all.
Also, the best advice I can give you to grow your channel more is to focus more on providing as much value as you can as a creator while trying your best to enjoy the process of creation. Strategize based on your experience and adapt as needed. Everything else will fall into place :)

For me, those affirmative behaviors to stop allowing myself to flake on are exercise, meditation, and music. What I believe is my biggest problem with executing is that I’m severely bogged down with a feeling of loneliness and nondeserving of love that when it comes around, which is often, all I want to do is hyper fixate on how to fix those “problems” or on how bad I feel and can’t even imagine what it would be like to behave as if I weren’t so down on myself

I wish it were this simple but I have ADHD and honestly it makes everything so much harder. It’s hard to explain to people who don’t have it, but I feels like it blocks me from doing so many things. I want to try and do the things I love, I want to progress my life, but I’m still just stuck in place. I will actively think “I WANT TO DO THIS, PLEASE GET UP AND DO THIS” while my brain refuses to get up

Your subconscious acts like a thermostat or an autopilot. So if your programming is you don't deserve the success or some other block, when you get to successful, it will regulate. or self-correct, aka sabotage your success to bring you back to where you really believe you should be. Do a deep dive into what are your real feelings about success and money. Best of luck!!!!
