Well, I got my response from Sena yesterday. The Sena Outrush Helmet will not connect to the Sena Meshport red ! Sometimes, I think I'm batting a thousand !!
The Stryker and Impulse helmets have Mesh Intercom capabilities built-in! Outrush is a Bluetooth intercom helmet. As mentioned above, you can pair the Outrush with a +Mesh device to bring it onto the Mesh Intercom network though. Thank you!
Ok , well now you got me curious again , I'm wondering now if the Sena Outrush r Helment will connect to that Sena Meshport red !! I guess now I'll have to contact Sena again.
Hi! The Outrush has a Sena Bluetooth intercom system. The MeshPort Red lets the GoPro 12 join the Mesh Intercom network. To let your Outrush join the Mesh intercom network, you can use a +Mesh device. +Mesh looks just like MeshPort Red, but it's black instead of red! :)
I did the same thing with my Cardo Packtalk bold it worked but I had to turn up the gain when I edited my audio to hear it, did you have to turn up your gain with the Sena?
Yes I did have to turn the gain up also. It’s strange, when I connect my Sena 50C directly to the GoPro 12, I don’t have to. Only when I have the MeshPort Red connected between the two.
The GoPro will connect Bluetooth to the 50C and work fine. But if other people are connected to me with mesh, the mesh is separate from the Bluetooth and they would not be heard on my video. So connecting the GoPro to the Msshport Red allows anyone on the MeshPort channel to be heard on the GoPro video
Don't forget to Like and Subscribe! It helps this channel a ton!
Thanks for watching!
Very helpful, thanks

Yea I’m not sure, maybe @senabluetooth will chime in here and answer the question for you.
I've already sent a message to sena after seeing this video you made. I really like this method.

@senabluetooth Thanks for the info, I was thinking that may work like that but I didn’t want to say for sure.
Definitely good to know , I'll know what to get now !!

Trouble is, we're not hearing ANY of the motorcycle noise or outside noise, which I think is important.
Yea I definitely don’t do a good job of that, I have had it where it will hear the motorcycle sounds but it also gets a lot of wind noise
So if you have the 50c why do you need the Meshport Red? Can't you just go straight with the Mesh from the 50c?

can it record conversation with other riders
Yes
Sounds terrible, simply not good enough
