When u are opening the punctured wheel, keep the spare wheel under the bumper of the puncture side and keep the punctured wheel under that bumper when you are attaching the spare. This ensures safety in case the jack fails.

After purchasing a used ERTIGA ZDI, the front left tyre got punctured, I got bit confused as to where the Jack was to be placed, then my daughter searched in you tube and found your video.
Place of jacking is really very important, otherwise the bottom of the car body will get damaged. We followed your video which was of great help to us.
