@ZooM I think it is important to point out that it is more of a story, than it is a content driven mod. It is supposed to tell you a story. Also, buggiest mod? I dunno man, I have played thousands, and considering that I have only ctd a few times (mostly my fault), I would say it is pretty stable for what it does add. I mean, it was also pretty obvious who the bad guy was, but it wasn't really a secret in the first place. Maybe the love story is too mushy and forced for some (I personally like it). Plus, he is updating soon. Maybe the next few months.
Highly recommend you replay it also if you did it when it first came out, he's fixed it up substantially and improved the ruins, unfortunately the previous villain is gone (only time I've seen a proper Sload outside Monster Mod), and some of the more intense horror elements are gone as well, but there's a couple of new ones and a rather impressive boss battle at the end... just watch out for those paralyze spells lol.
@Hilbert França not as far as I know, you could ask the author. It still has the majority of the elements and the quest is vastly improved, used to be that once you used the sieve in the church it would teleport you all the way out of the ruins back to the midden, then you'd have to walk through the whole ruin over again (and it used to be bigger and more convoluted, without the friendly casper leading you around) except this time you were getting attacked by various monster mod skeleton types, then instead of the short and sweet nordic ruins leading to the boss battle there were rather large and somewhat pointless caves (some with some additional new monsters since added to mods like Immersive Creatures so you're not missing out there). First times I played the quest there weren't any boss battle there even, the Sload was the end and the rest was just about getting out of the place instead. Now the horror elements is ofc the visions you get in the church, then the undead all animating around you, then the dragon priest animating the various twisted monsters (many of them the same that the Sload animated). So I vastly prefer the new version. Only part I miss other than the sload is a room in the midden off the smithing area that you'd unlock with the archmage's key that once you activated a novel that was about the collapse it would animate an absolute ton of undead around you for a surprisingly challenging battle. That room was the main part of the 'intense horror' I mentioned (that and the sload cavern itself, which was IMO somewhat more creepy than the draugr guardian's room and subsequent animations once the dragon priest is released) and it genuinely spooked the crap out of me the first time I saw it. The door is still there but as far as I know it can't be unlocked at all any longer. Since both the room and the journal is made redundant by elements in the church, that was likely why he blocked it.
Honestly, I want the mod. But I don't own a PC. And it seems, like all truly amazing mods... Consoles get no love. I mean, there is Magical College of Winterhold, but that's nowhere near the scale of this mod. I hope it's on Xbox. Probably not though. Won't stop me from checking though.

There's a lesser version of LOOT bundled in Mod Organizer with the "Sort" button ontop of the load order list, but it doesn't allow you to put in sorting rules or tell you when there are issues like dirty or outdated mods, so only good for a basic setup. Wow Nate, they all look so appealing! I just started modding after more than six years of playing and it's like entering a familiar world for a new game. Great.
Just a small update for some who are interested in these. The Pit Fighter's mod for legacy Skyrim has (allegedly) been causing several CTD issues since the end of 2018 and many people with newer installs of the mod can't get the game to launch. Those who can, say essential parts of the mod aren't functioning properly or don't work entirely. In any case, always mod with care. Love the content and keep up the good work! These videos rock.

I've lost hope of it ever coming out. I use to mod (privetly) and to be frank, there's NO reason it should take this long to make it. Most of it is just asset ports and texture updates. It's probably been abandoned or is seldomly being worked on. So, in short, it will probably never see a full release.
@@creme8338 It is. It has quests, NPC's, modified areas, a few custom locations that were mods for Oblivion. However, that's probably only about 10-20% of the total work. The biggest (and should be the quickest) part is porting the maps and assets over from oblivion. Even if they're rebuilding the maps, reconstructing it should be really easy if they named the ported assets the same. Open the games in their editors, find the building models/pieces, pull them up in the other, place. From my experience, the hardest part for me when making a mod was always figuring out what I wanted where, finding the right piece, and placing it. Voicing being the longest part (due to the fact that you actually need to get people to do the lines for you). The trouble for them would be with custom assets. By that point though, the map should be mostly complete.
Immersive College of Winterhold was a "must have" in my load order from the Skyrim LE days and I was ever so glad to see it get officially ported to SSE.

immersive college of winterhold also gives you a new area to explore new weapons to find and a sload to kill all found behind a gate in the midden which is actually the remains of old winterhold
Let me help you Nate: Expansive, Humongous, Sizable, Gargantuan, Titanic, Epic, Giant, Gigantic. Also, addendum for Pit Fighter: the SE port also include its "Travels" expansion, which adds arenas all across Tamriel thanks to clever use of clutter and tile sets. You can battle on Alinor amidst re-purposed Snow Elf shrines and totally-not-Gildergreen cherry trees, you can battle in Daggerfall through the use of Fort Dawnguard assets, you can battle in Orsinium, Morrowind, Valenwood, etc. Also also: Pit Fighter has some nice custom weapons as rewards for certain milestone fights (and they are made by cutting and mixing mesh parts of existing weapons, so nothing's visually over the top and they all integrate seamlessly alongside Skyrim's looks), and it does have some story quests to retrieve items and clear out dungeons for your fellow Pit Fighter guildies. All in all the whole addon is a real little gem, with content at least equaling and often surpassing Oblivion's original arena, in terms of length and quality. If it used the game's default voice actors instead of its own, it could even pass for official DLC without a hitch.
So the Staff of Shalidor is a fantastic mod . It is perfect for a mage and used with Survival mode , makes getting warm , rested , and well fed a convenience. Super excited to try these others . Thanks TheEpicNate315 ! Love your videos Brobro .
Playing through it at the moment. To say I am not impress with it, especially the lore of it, would be lying. And the side mods linked to it? Like fighting with a well known hero? What else could I say?
Immersive college of Winterhold also has an awesome dungeon and quest for archmage where you can investigate ruins of old Winterhold and fight really creepy undead. I was especially freaked out by draugr wrapped in shrouds. They aren't "alive" in the vanilla game, but in certain location of this mod they move in freakish caterpillar fashion and try to attack you. You should really check it out on your mage playthrough. Oh, and also archmage can go to new hidden locations from their quarters: treasure room for storing all your artifacts, scrolls, black books (which is cool because I had to use other mods to remove them from my inventory before) and a small cabin where you can relax away from the college. It also adds neat teleportation mechanics which will take you to major settlements. (useful for those who like survival mods)
Nate I just recently found out that Delvin Malory's brother in Solstheim (The blacksmith) allows a little quest to be done for the thieves guild. Spoilers below, if you havent done the quest. You go rough someone up/Kill them and complete the quest. BUT. it doesnt end there, in fact you can actually find out that the blacksmith is ACTUALLY SAPHIRES FATHER. You can give the letter in the theives cache in his basement to Saphire and she gives you an item worth 5000 gold. Idk if Nate has stated this in the countless videos. Just thought It would be nice to let some people know this, hopefully Nate.
@@abd-qadirgilani8871, it's never directly stated, but I believe what you find at the end of the quest is the reason. (Trying not to spoil it for others, here.)

That staff/house is SUCH a good idea, but its such a convenient item, I wish there was a version of the mod that made you complete a quest to obtain it, so it doesn't feel unearned.
The staff mod reminds me so much of a certain Morrowind mod, where you found a ring at the start of the game and it teleported you to a huge mansion. Although it's way smaler space, the mod brings a great nostalgia.
A little fact for you non Swedish people Rigmor is a named here that is from Rikmor and that means rich mother I do like it when i see your list of everything in Skyrim and fallout 4.
That one mod reminds me of the mod called Bruma. Remember that? It was big for a hot minute, then nobody cared since it kinda got left to rot at the start of its life... oh and it was huge.
The question is how the hell did I miss that Rigmor of Cyrodiil was out? I check mod lists all the time, and never noticed. Rigmor of Bruma was really fun, looking forward to downloading RoC later. Thanks Nate!
Rigmor of Bruma or the Dragonborn having to look for high enough position to pay for child support. Also I love the College of Winterhold expansion might try to install it later.
Huh. . . .That could be a cool idea for an episode, going by the description featuring Galmar and Ulfric, the Top 5 Imperial Great War Veterans and the Top 5 Stormcloak Great War Veterans.
I had Immersive College of Winterhold years ago and it was great, until I had to fight Ancano and interact with the Eye of Magnus, the pretty spiral staircase at the bottom was wrapped around the Eye and blocked me from interacting with it. Went back to earlier save, disabled the mod, killed Ancano then enabled it again but nowadays just use Magical College of Winterhold. If I did get that mod again I would probably console away the staircase as soon as I got access to the college, you know, get rid of buggy things before they become an issue. That pit fighters mod is a lot of fun glad to see it's been ported over.
You are pretty much. At least it's better than vanilla. Having a PC + PS4 is the ultimate gaming combo. You won't need another game system if you have those two.
Immersive College of Winterhold is one of my favorite mods, although I've recently been looking Obscure's CoW and must admit that it would make for a close 2nd.
Nate there's a mod that i would like u to try because its an awesome mod and its called Fallen Trees or More Fallen Trees its a very self explanatory mod and since the first time i downloaded the mod i have never uninstalled it.

Rigmor of cyrodiil and Immersive college: exist
My pc fps: Cries
Don't forget about Legacy of the Dragonborn. One of the best mods ever made.
Playing through it at the moment. To say I am not impress with it, especially the lore of it, would be lying. And the side mods linked to it? Like fighting with a well known hero? What else could I say?
I'm replaying Morrowind whilst waiting for V5 of LotD. It can't come out quick enough!
.
I think this series is an must, keep it up Nate
I see no one talking about this dude working at 4 a.m. on a Saturday.
WOW! Thanks nate, bless you xxxx
Rigmor you are one of the shittiest characters in quest mod history!
I almost forgot to re enable the crucible mod for my daedric playthrough, good thing I came across this
Can’t wait to get home later today! I’m going back to Cyrodiil!
please keep this series going! your giving me so many great mods!
I'm so hyped for Rigmor of Tamriel^^
Right on! I have no idea how Jim's going to top the second installment, but I can't wait to see what he does with it!
Same here! I loved both installments of the Rigmor franchise, and I can't wait for the the Tamriel part!
@@JeffMSpiller Man, not only that, but the Epilogue too.
10:13 "Improved AI" *Literally teleporting around the stairs.*
To be fair that's probably an improvement as far as Skyrim AI is concerned. Have mages teleport on stairs rather than getting stuck in them.
Love your coverage of these mods I would have otherwise propably never tried out!
Thank you UA-cam for giving me the notification 5 DAYS AFTER THE RELEASE
01:40 the wolf in the back representing skyrim's vibe
Rigmor of cyrodiil and Rigmor of Bruma are amazing mods
Yeah i feel like im not even playing skyrim anymore its just one Elder Scrolls game with the Skyrim Engine lol
Your VO is quite emotive. Thumbs up!
Immersive College of Winterhold was my favorite mod on Skyrim LE and I'm so glad it was finally ported to SSE!
You forgot the quest in Immersive College of Winterhold that allows you to discover what caused the city to collapse. Shame on you!
That Quest is confusing tbh. I STILL don't know what actually caused the Collapse (according to the mod ofc).
@@abd-qadirgilani8871, it's never directly stated, but I believe what you find at the end of the quest is the reason. (Trying not to spoil it for others, here.)
@@abd-qadirgilani8871 after the quest there is a book writen by "a student of the college" aka the player, explaining the detail about the collapse on the archmage desk.
Name of the mod??
@@ldcraig2006 That's the thing tho, I haven't found a thing. :/
I do fight a giant winged nope-rope (kinda?) and a pissed deadlord, but nothing's found on their inventories.
I still play the Rigmor mods and am eagerly awaiting the third and final part, Rigmor of Tamriel.
Bruhh that portable staff house sounds like a horder’s/collector’s dream come true
That staff/house is SUCH a good idea, but its such a convenient item, I wish there was a version of the mod that made you complete a quest to obtain it, so it doesn't feel unearned.
Glad I am not alone at playing Skyrim in 2019.... With plenty of mods, of course
Bruh I'm still playing
Vanilla
i just got around to playing skyrim, just beat it last week
The staff mod reminds me so much of a certain Morrowind mod, where you found a ring at the start of the game and it teleported you to a huge mansion. Although it's way smaler space, the mod brings a great nostalgia.
I am still playing this game, the mods keep it fresh
Personally I really liked the quest that the immersive college of winter hold added where you discover the true cause of the great collapse.
I like how this vid started playing after I just discovered Rigmor had a sequel
It's a good Sunday when Nate uploads.
A little fact for you non Swedish people Rigmor is a named here that is from Rikmor and that means rich mother
I do like it when i see your list of everything in Skyrim and fallout 4.
Not going to lie, when I saw the word "immersive" I was half expecting to hear MXR chime in at some point.
Ahh... A man of culture I see.
That one mod reminds me of the mod called Bruma. Remember that? It was big for a hot minute, then nobody cared since it kinda got left to rot at the start of its life... oh and it was huge.
ROC is one of the best mods I ever played just started a few days ago and I am loving it thank you for giving this mod the love it deserves
Jarl: If you want to be Thane you must purchase property.
DB: Nah I'm good, I live in this staff here.
Nate:*says something about antman*
Thanos:*gulps*
The question is how the hell did I miss that Rigmor of Cyrodiil was out? I check mod lists all the time, and never noticed. Rigmor of Bruma was really fun, looking forward to downloading RoC later. Thanks Nate!
Rigmor of Bruma or the Dragonborn having to look for high enough position to pay for child support. Also I love the College of Winterhold expansion might try to install it later.
Beyond Skyrim blew me away!!! I couldnt believe how good it is. It's a DLC
Mountainous, planetary, mondo, and titanic are some synonyms for huge.
Nate, you have a one of a kind voice. Like Oxhorn of Fallout.
Awesome vid bud thanks for a few new mods for me to try
Skyrim has upgraded to THICC!
No it hasn’t
@@shabbadab4613 STOP YOU VIOLATE THE LAW!
With each mod Skyrkm grows exponentially larger.
There is one for you Nate.
Huh. . . .That could be a cool idea for an episode, going by the description featuring Galmar and Ulfric, the Top 5 Imperial Great War Veterans and the Top 5 Stormcloak Great War Veterans.
Can you imagine one day in Elder Scrolls 6 we will download mods that will bring us back to our home skyrim? I WANT THAT NOW😭
9:34 why there are even students having breakdowns in the library and local argonians cafe
Marcus Zyker lmaoooo
its crazy because this game still alive
4 am at saturday ... If you're in US, it's daytime in Europe
okay, wellp, i'm getting that immersive college now. tolfdir for arch-mage? sold!
Having a ps4 i feel like I’m missing out on a whole game with these mods
The only thing youre missing on is nude mods lol
You are pretty much. At least it's better than vanilla.
Having a PC + PS4 is the ultimate gaming combo. You won't need another game system if you have those two.
Now my For honor Gladiator build has a purpose.
@TheEpicNate315 thank you so much for what you do!
My life has it’s challenges, and getting to watch your videos really improves upon my mood.
You’re truly an inspiration to me, and thank you for all the hard work you do! Cheers :)
Thank you for your videos Nate !!
Nate:"If that's not the definition of amazing sue me"
