Whats the chance or who will be first to design a motor home for a single person, year round living?. Nice bathroom, nice kitchen. Prob about 7 meters. No fixed bed. Nice seating and table area for guests. Mechanical drop down bed. More or provision for extra battery. Solar panel. Awning with sides. I bet there are a few good candidates on the market already. But a few changes and tweaks for a single professional person would get a lot of interest. Contractor journey-men. People on a budget who decide its a better design for living compared to a 2 up 2 down Terrace in a run down area of Leeds for example. And it will always be able to accommodate 2. I want to buy one!!.
Some of these seem really cheap. £40K to £44K OTR for a panel van and a coach built. Given that a basic van is pushing £30K with VAT before discounts, it is quite impressive.

The USA is sadly so far behind in design, it’s painful.
