It is a lot of work mate, but worth it. Nothing you can do to avoid the sand getting in the house unfortunately. Once the grass starts to fill in you’ll get less of it.

What type of top dress did you use on the Kik? 80/20 mix of sand and soil? Or straight sand? What type of sand? Thx
It’s just a straight sand I believe. It’s specifically a turf sand. Not sure the exact details behind it but it works perfect for levelling.
