    I've been to the NYC location and the food is beyond tremendous. Prime rib and lobster, single malt scotch at the bar, fine cigars. It was a night of living.

      NYC has the original owner control the others are the new partners. I have been to NYC and Washington DC sites. Excellent.

    I worked at the NYC location once upon a time and I'm going to say here what I say to everyone: "order the hash browns." You'll thank me.

    I prefer this over the Colt steakhouse, but the Remmington steakhouse is on par

    attempting to cook one of these dishes and failing 10 times over would be cheaper than going here once.

    I go out of my way for dry age steak, vs, wet age, dry age is so much better, flavor is concentrated, smith and will., berns, david burkes prime house, peter lugers, the peddlerr steakouse, etc...

      @Groovy_Bruce 3 роки тому +1

      I don’t understand why anyone would wet age when we know it doesn’t work well and has nowhere near the impact of a dry age.

    A porterhouse has rib eye and strip, not strip and filet.

      Thats not correct, ribeyes come from the rib section and Porterhouse/Tbones come from the sirloin section. Difference in tbone and porterhouse is 1) Quality and 2) size of the tenderloin.
