It’s my favorite also! I also love Girls, Girls, Girls. And you can see the “Blue Hawaii” poster on a marquee in that movie.” I appreciate your comment.
Nice video, just finished watching the movie and wondered if there was a video showing the filming locations, and your video is the best i've found. Thanks
I'm so glad you enjoyed the video and appreciate your comment. I am working on a part 2. It has taken me longer than I had planned. Have a great day and TCB
@@jmf2471 Thanks. I'll be waiting for part 2. I can imagine how hard it is to find the exact spots. You're doing a great job for Elvis fans and Hawaii admirers. Have a nice day too.
I've been on those streets many times, having been a taxi driver there in the early 70s, and living in the Ala Wai Marina. I remember that coffee shop, too.
@@jmf2471 I never saw him, live. I wish I had. But I imagine the tickets were hard to get. I saw the Doors and CCR and Moody Blues over there. And many other greats. Fun times, but crazy, too!
The video was RE-BOOTED today. I hope the audio is improved. I did not have an issue with it on my desktop. I did not review it on my iPhone or Smart TV and I am hoping you do not have audio issues with it. I appreciate your comment.
There are many places I would like to visit if I had a time machine. I did a video of Elvis at the Brooklyn Army Terminal. The Manhattan skyline he saw in 1958 was so different than today.
My apology for the audio. Unfortunately, once it’s published on UA-cam, I can’t edit. This one maybe my next “Re-boot” with better audio. I do appreciate your feedback & for watching.
No offence jojo but what is it with your video that, in order to hear your commentary, I have to go from the usual 10 or 12 setting on my TV volume to 50 or more to hear your voice?
I wish I knew. I use Movavi editing software. It sounds fine on the software & when I play it back on my iPhone. But then low on my desktop. It’s kind of embarrassing. I did an internet search & it rambled on about Microsoft updates. But I do appreciate your feedback. It really ruins the experience & I can’t fix it in UA-cam studio.
My favorite Elvis movie beautiful locations

That is awesome. You must have seen the changes first hand. Did you ever get to see Elvis perform in Hawaii? Thank you for watching!

Look at the skyline of Honolulu and Waikiki Beach looks almost deserted as to what is there today dare to compare

Decades ago they should have set some parameters against too much urban sprawl in these exotic locations.
I agree.
So true... the scenes in the movie are the 1960s Hawai'i I remember
Turn up the audio!!!

@@jmf2471 Okay. I'm not too savvy either where volume settings can be equalized, etc. Thanks anyway.
I finally got around to re-booting this video. If you are interested, it is available to view.
