Hey Mate, when I was there late February you mentioned you where moving. Looks like you found a great place. Enjoy and keep living the dream. 15 years ago I was $468’000 in debt living in America sold our house and have began living in a motorhome. Most people would have filed for bankruptcy we worked hard made major sacrifices and about a year and a half ago we were debt free. In SoCal it still was costing us $100 a day to survive. We built a house in Thailand at a cost of $100k and moved in one month ago. Have yet to figure out out monthly expenses but I’m going to guess about $100 brother I think we dodged a bullet and got out of there just in time.
Have been married to my lovely Thai wife for 20 years . Great choice and everything good. The bottom is falling out of the condo rental market right now as there are so many living in hope owners who have not had a renter available for many months. Excellent decision and really good value, cannot find anything like that down in Pattaya (where I live half the time). I assume it is what, 32sqm in size? I think you made an excellent choice plus Bangsaen is a great location for Suvarnabhumi.

I have a stove top also a washing machine and am also the first to live here, but I live right on sukhumvit 50 and the traffic is non stop. Sleeping in unless hungover is just not happening. Nice location, but should have thought about being right on the road before getting the place.
I think it is a very good deal .. 7500 Baht a month condo with sea view. Excellent. Could I ask you how far is your condo to Pattaya and how long you will take to reach there?
I would think the bottom of the market for buying a place would be right now in thailand. Why not just buy a place?. Most of the new condo's I look at in 2013 were around 3 million baht in pattaya, but double the size of what you want to rent. I'm still happy I when back to las vegas and got my condo for $82,000. That breaks down to $415.00 a month mortgage with taxes and home owners insurance included. It includes 3 bedrooms,2 1/2 bathrooms, and a one car garage. It's a 1,224 square foot. It was also build back in 1999.
In Bangkok this would cost you 17,000+ a month depending on the area and developer. Sometimes you just gotta move after some time because apartments in Thailand deteriorate fast.
Can you pin the location please ?

If you live in a U.S. city, most likely it's closed down. Only shop for groceries and go to Pharmacies. Unemployment at 10% with 30% projected. Financial markets are very uncertain. I have no idea how you get your $$ but I'd keep a close eye to it.
'Mr Happy' there
Thanks for this video. Nice Condo and Cafe, also affordable.
A dollar a day for a sea view, you would pay a hell of a lot more for that anywhere else in the world . Living the dream !( Well my dream definitely 👍) .
If it's fully furnished which it appears to be ,then its excellent value !
I'd like to hear your backstory, where you're from, how you ended up where you are at, how old you were when you left your homeland. Is there a video on that? Thanks. And thanks for posting these videos, they are very interesting.
he doesn't have one. that's why. boring like the rest of these scummy yotubers that only show pattaya, Bangkok etc....
@@Sickillj uhhhh he already said some of that info in a previous video and if you've actually paid attention to any of previous videos you would see his is different than others showing beer bars, nightlife etc...he doesn't even life in pattaya
Sick-iLL-j that's why your commenting? Lol
Sick-iLL-j it’s one of the better you tubers I can tell you
You look familiar. Is that you Greg Griner from Florida, U.S.A? Marian Griner husband?
Excellent ...massive difference ..well done. It’s so cheap to live there ..wow. Think it’s worth 50% more than the other one.
I am in BKK and paying 16k bhat + electric and water. roughly 2k extra. I have a stove top also a washing machine and am also the first to live here, but I live right on sukhumvit 50 and the traffic is non stop. Sleeping in unless hungover is just not happening. Nice location, but should have thought about being right on the road before getting the place.
I like the new place a lot better good job.
you are living your best life!
Seriously man, your voice is so relaxing, I think you should be a hypnotherapist!
Nice little condo and yeah the 1 extra dollar a day really worth it
Sweet looks great value cant beat a water view
I think it is a very good deal .. 7500 Baht a month condo with sea view. Excellent. Could I ask you how far is your condo to Pattaya and how long you will take to reach there?
Hell yes, great upgrade! Was that the "Get Smart" tv series intro I believe I heard? Thanks for showing us your new place! :) rb
Nice place to be....clean and quiet
I would think the bottom of the market for buying a place would be right now in thailand. Why not just buy a place?. Most of the new condo's I look at in 2013 were around 3 million baht in pattaya, but double the size of what you want to rent. I'm still happy I when back to las vegas and got my condo for $82,000. That breaks down to $415.00 a month mortgage with taxes and home owners insurance included. It includes 3 bedrooms,2 1/2 bathrooms, and a one car garage. It's a 1,224 square foot. It was also build back in 1999.
Ya I think this one is better and nicer and good location with beautiful view
In Bangkok this would cost you 17,000+ a month depending on the area and developer. Sometimes you just gotta move after some time because apartments in Thailand deteriorate fast.
