As always, thank you so much! I have made so many beautiful things with your guidance. I like to mix stitches in my projects and I have grabbed several that you have so kindly shared and mixed and matched. I don't think we can tell you just how special you are even if you so patiently share one tip that we take with us as we crochet, you must know that we appreciate everything.
Sara,. Thank you for another beautiful stitch. How will I ever get caught up with all of the projects I want to make from your videos. Just beautiful 😍❤️
Thanks so much. I will be making a blanket for my disabled son in purple and gold.. LSU colors. I had made him one by a ripple pattern years ago in browns and he asks for it every day.. He tells his wife to hand him his JULIA BLANKET, since my that’s my name. This is a much prettier pattern, and hopefully I can finish it for CHRISTMAS..
I just found your channel through your Etsy page. Finally!, someone from my own City here on UA-cam!!!! yay! UA-cam taught me how to crochet (I'm a 100% visual learner, lol), and I'm still learning. You taught me a new stitch that I'm going to make a cowl with :) Thank you soooo much for showing this to us! HUGS xx
@@mi-micanterbury2275 I couldn't tell you for sure - I can't find it anywhere. But, I use a yarn by Caron which is called Simply Soft & it is amazing with a nice sheen and softness to it. Maybe this is what she is using?
@@mi-micanterbury2275 I am just starting to read patterns on my own. Mind you they are easy ones :) 95% of what I have made to date has been from UA-cam tutorials. I have managed only a few projects from written patterns. Practice is all that I need. Have u watched any tutorials from the Crochet Crowd with Mikey? He helps explain written patterns as well as teaches. He is the one that has taught me the most here on UA-cam xx
I love this pattern so much... but I am having so much trouble with appropriate peaks and valleys... I have frogged it almost more than I've crocheted. I'm having trouble specifically with the peaks, after turning it. It feels like the peaks have too many stitches. I don't know why! So pretty but so frustrating... still, thank you. ☺💜
Hi. I just found you and subscribed! My question is.....I want to make this for a much larger afghan...how much does this shrink down as you go due to the peaks and valleys? (I hope that made sense lol) You do beautiful work and I absolutely LOVE how you teach- very descriptive and slow enough so I can keep up! I can't read a crochet pattern to save my life, I have taught myself by watching videos 😊
Hello. Beautiful pattern but still not sure what size hook you used. Starting to add more great grandchildren to my family and would love to use this pattern.
This is the 1 row repeat: Ch3, DC in same st as your Ch3, 3 DC, ~DC2Tog x 2, 3 DC, DC inc x 2, 3 DC~. Repeat ~~ until last stitch. End row with 2DC in the last st.
For 7 peaks you would need to do 96 chains. So it would be four multiples for 12. To end your foundation row, make sure you add another 3 chains before turning.
This one was made by Viscount Woodturning who you can find on Etsy. I picked it up at a fibre festival so I’m not sure if he sells this particular one online.
@@RichTexturesCrochet Greetings Sarah, Thank you so much for your reply and the crochet hook information. I meant to say I "love" the hook it looks and feels to me that it performs excellently.
Hi sara, thank you for the tutorial, its really a beautiful texture. I'd like to use it for a bag project. Maybe you could help me out with how to make the first row ? Coz i a bit confused how to do it.
Is there any way to get a written version of this pattern? I find it hard to follow the count on video since my project is longer than yours. I searched your blog but your stitches don’t come up on Search. Help! Love your channel. Just made a gorgeous blossom stitch scarf thanks to you. Hoping you can help here!.

I’m on my fifth scarf! It took me two to figure out that if I make the hat first, I can crochet until I run out of yarn!
Sent you a comment on "12 Lessons How to Crochet" about this stictch and pull through scarf I am trying to "tackle" for christmas gifts this year LOL
Doesn’t the Christmas list feel like it is never ending at times?? Somehow we make it lol answered your comment on the other video :)
What yarn did you use for this? It looks really smooth, and not prone to fuzzing!
What crochet hooks are you using here? Absolutely beautiful!

After you do your double crochets; are you inserting your hook into the back loop or both loops of your chain?
That looks like fabulous yarn! What kind is it?
What yarn do you use in this video? It's beautiful
Hi Sara. I love this pattern and have been working it up into a large blanket. Would you please recommend a border that will work with this stitch.
I see what I can come up with

Sarah, Thanks for such a beautiful pattern.I just found you an subscribed to your channel.I hit the bell don't want to miss any of your video's. :-)
12 plus 3 for foundation chain.
first row dc in 4th chain
Are you working into the back bump of the chain stitches?
What kind 💓 of yarn is that 😍💞💞😍😍💞💞😍

Hi Sarah
Can you guide me?
I would like to make a shawl with this stitch. How many chains should I make?
Are you working in the back loop of this foundation chain
Love it! Question is: If I want to change different color on any rows, Would you please show us how to change different colors? Thank you!
I wasn't able to find this stitch on your website....
Can we use this pattern for stole
what kind of yarn do you use for this project?
What if I’d like my chevrons large like 7 on each side how would I figure my pattern count. I don’t get that -a chevron plus ???

Sara what’s the yarn and hook you are using? Beautiful.
Hi! I am using the Caron x Pantone in the Blueberry colourway for the yarn, the hook is a handmade Rosewood hook by Viscount Woodturning on Etsy :)
Many thanks for you and your tutoring. I ❤️ Crochet.
What yarn did you use? I love the color!
I used the Caron x Pantone by Yarnspirations - I cant remember which colour way :(
What size book are you using?

Is there a written pattern for this?
Hi. I couldn't find this pattern on your link. Help?
Hi Sandra, unfortunately this particular video does not have a written pattern available on my blog.
I love the pattern but am having trouble. Mine isn’t getting the design it is curling. Help what am I doing wrong
What is the name of the yarn you are using?
This is the Caron x Pantone by Yarnspirations
Thank you.
You’re welcome
It looks like you working into the back bumps of the foundation chain but you don’t say you are, can you please confirm, thank you 😊

Michele Fearon chain multiples of 12. Add 3 chains at the end.
