Was trying to identify the process not shown around the 9 minute mark but was not sure what you were refering too. Could have been rust treatmentof the under panell or welding in the lower section of the C pillar. Anyway once again, I am amazed at the quality of the work. He makes it looks so easy but it's not. Keep the build video's comming please.
Hi Stew, this was all new to me when I saw it, so where the rear window seals, you can see the spot welds along that seam have been drilled- I'll leave it at that as it's all in the next video!

Yeah I've been learning loads of stuff. Picked up a hq wagon shell the other day, hoping to get the wheel housings and a few other patches out of it.
