Buckeye/Phoenix one of the hottest places in Arizona. 110+ is common summer day, and for those of you who say: "yeah, but it's a dry heat" a dry heat will straight up kill you.
I walked in the heat with jackets on in 20010 it be hotter than it wuz in nowadays and I git use to it. And i walked miles with no water ik it sounds impossible but it happens.
My grandmother took us to spend the day here back in 2011, it looks even more developed now. It is the last outing we had before her passing. Thanks for bringing me back to Verrado Way...it really takes me back to being with my grandmother that day.
Completely AGREE, and I should be use to some heat, being from Southern Cali all my life😎~YET, it is unbearable here starting by May, sometimes much earlier, and the HELLish heat lasts until October🤬:( My Boyfriend is actually one of those crazy ones out there golfing in the 115 degree heat and absolutely loves it here...Yuck, I say, lol😝:) So this girl is done and leaving for my very favorite state of Nevada (Sierras) for the lovely COLD & lots of pretty snow❄🏔. AZ is fun to visit with friendly and really great people all around, yet Maricopa County is the fastest growing county in the entire nation so folks better truly like the 🔥🌞!!
Lol yes but it's our trade off for the beautiful winter months and IMHO I'd rather deal with those few months then freezing cold weather and snow And yes Verrado is absolutely beautiful!
1) I’m black and live in Verrado. It’s pretty diverse.... I’m not saying that it’s not predominantly white - it is; however, I have many Black, Hispanic and others non-whites that reside on my block alone. People treat each other well regardless of your background. Most everyone is on board. It’s refreshing to see a wonderful mix of people in a community that seems to be doing well. I love everyone equally. Side note - I’ve seen a lot of French Canadians 2) Verrado is closer to Phoenix than Estrella Mountain Ranch! Sorry EMR lovers 😂... Buckeye is a huge city. Goodyear is a huge city, as well (speaking of landmass...). Verrado is a split between two cities (Buckeye and Litchfield Park). Some Verrado residents have aBuckeye address and others have Litchfield Park. It takes a loooong time to hit the 10 from EMR. At any rate, I know there will be some nonbelievers out there so I’ll let google maps do the talking.... it’s 27 miles for Verrado. It’s 33 miles for Estrella Mountain Ranch. 3) Good things come to those who wait. Aside from Verrado’s community development plan which includes a comerrcial marketside district with shopping and dining, there are already quite a bit of established resturants in walking distance in the Mainstreet District. I count 5 without mentioning fast food... the Marketside district will include much more and a movie theater, I believe. If that not enough for you, there is the entire rest of Buckeye and Litchfield Park which already has these things with plans of development for more. 4) Some people just want a peaceful and safe family environment where your children can attend good schools run free without major worries. Is that too much to ask for?? It’s a little pricey, but not Scottsdale, PV pricey. It is certainly tangible for hardworking middle-class family. I think people appreciate can the tangibility. Anyway, good video! Thanks!

I love that place....I felt like I was on a movie set driving through there just how everything was set up....its beautiful as hell but of course, its expensive as hell to live there...who knows how much HOA is and water.
Verrado is pretty awesome. I’m fairly new here and enjoy it very much. Almost everyone where I’m at in Victory are happy, friendly, and fun people. Plenty of road cycling available, great mountain bike trails and hiking trails. Love it here!
This house is really nice and affordable! You definitely don’t get these types of houses out here for that price! Lol thanks for sharing Verado looks so beautiful! (I hope I spelt it correctly)
Sup Sup! Love the video! Gotta give it to you..you go in there, ask questions and do your thing. Beautiful community and the prices for the townhomes werent bad...$1600 price range for a brand new place? Cant beat that! Thanks for these videos; really appreciate it..you are helping us make much needed decisions!
I enjoy VISITING friends in Verrado but im gonna stay put right here in Glendale because i get more bang for muy buck...2800 sq ft home on an 8000 sq ft lot with a 1500 dollar mortgage. I know my neighbors well and being a long tome resident ive developed relationships with local businesses. Life is good in Glendale Arizona!
We toured some homes in Verrado before we bought across the freeway in one of the other brand new subs. It’s a very nice neighborhood but the HOA is ridiculous and FOR US it was just not worth it because we don’t have and aren’t planning on having children. Verrado is VERY kid friendly and I can appreciate that for those types of family units. We will go over and sit on the patios for lunch and music on the weekends or in the golf clubhouses from time to time. As far as them putting a gate around...I don’t know that they can wall off the ENTIRE neighborhood because it’s still a part of Buckeye City. Not to mention the Verrado business owners would also probably RAISE CAIN because that would DRASTICALLY cut their revenues...my Dentist is over there on Main Street....I don’t think he’d like losing customers nor those various restaurants because folks want to be exclusionary. In addition, they share libraries, Police and Fire with ALL of us too. So if they’d attempt to start cutting people out of stuff then they can start there...we’ll see how long THAT lasts. Now, what they could eventually do is gate off the individual little neighborhoods but some of those MAIN roads running through Verrado are paid for by ALL of us Buckeye City/Arizona State residents and I don’t see that going over very well. As far as things being far away...at least, the things you mentioned...personally, I don’t want those types of things close to my home either. Now, you talk about having some nice sit down restaurants and shopping strips, well, now you’re talking. Those things I mentioned are actually coming and being built as I type over on this part of Buckeye on Watson/Yuma area. Verrado also has a Fry’s being built back by the Sedella and VHS area. We’re still a good enough distance away from the main shopping areas to where the short drive doesn’t bother us AND bonus we don’t have the traffic congestion or noise. 💜
This is an awesome video. The fact that the destructive fast food is not easily accessible contributes to the communities health. This video also shows the history of wealth distribution. Spectacular community but beneath the beauty lies a frightening story of injustice.
There IS a Burger King near the high school. Frys is supposed to build a store in the same lot. There is a Walmart and MANY shopping areas within 10 minutes of here, not "far" away. One need only drive to Watson or Estrella Parkway. We also have Culvers and Starbucks right off the freeway. And there is a healthy mix of skin color here. It's not just B&W, there are shades of brown too.
I live in Goodyear right next to the closest Target, Jack in the box, Taco bell & Ross lol I love it here, so quiet! Close enough to everything, yet far enough from everything!!

I may have missed it, but where is that? The place where you were speaking with that lady. Please let me know 😁
Thanks for the tour!👍
Expansion in Arizona, your channel helps in shining a light on the value of family overall in Arizona and the infinite possibilities from different walks of life!
A lot offered here.
You missed an r
Verrado 😘
Liking this brotha'...thank you....great video!
It’s not expensive but it’s inconvenient... Thanks for the video.
Sup Sup! Love the video! Gotta give it to you..you go in there, ask questions and do your thing. Beautiful community and the prices for the townhomes werent bad...$1600 price range for a brand new place? Cant beat that! Thanks for these videos; really appreciate it..you are helping us make much needed decisions!
Thanks... Glad the vids help.
Can you do a Segment on my Town Gilbert, AZ? Love your Channel.
I live in verrado it’s the best community in AZ

Welcome to Arizona, Man! ✌🏽
Hello I’m a new subscriber love this video thanks looking forward to see more
Liked and subscribed. Well done!
Thanks... Welcome
VERY high Crime in Glendale, very high!!
Glendale is total ghetto, well anything on the west side is.
Great overview of the community. Much appreciated.👍
Thanks for watching!
There is a walmart and fry's in buckeye which is not far away. Where else can you find a big and beautiful home in the
mid $200 to 300,000
Great video. Were are considering Verrado even more since watching this video. Were moving from Chicago.
Verrado is a community it is in the City of Buckeye.....its Buckeye Arizona
You think this is the middle of nowhere, try living in Red Rock, AZ. That is the middle of nowhere!
Try snowflake
AZ lol I'm from the bay area in CA and that's the middle of no where.
Thanks. I've driven past Verrado on the 10 and have been curious about it. I'm content with where I live but this area does look lovely.
Yooo! Again!! I landscaped those little houses you weere at!!
I love Verrado.
Hi Korilynn, do you live in Verrado now? My husband and I are moving there next month. Just want to ask what your experience has been?
Big Super, now I know where to hide in AZ! I'm coming, drive me, I've got cash!😄
Lol... come on. hmu
Affordable....far west and many work locally, many drive in to phx....nice community, I wonder if it is HOA?
Bought a home next to Verrado called Sienna Hills...great quiet area
Hey can you visit some of the old hoods from the 90s like 13th an buckeye
Got you.
This is great! Please do a video about Estrella Mountain Ranch!
Yes. did a Estrella Mountain Ranch one too.
Big Super Living In Arizona I didn't know you did one. I wish I could have met you.
If you are ever in chandler Fruta on az ave and Warner has fresh juice and other good stuff! great video btw!
This is an awesome video. The fact that the destructive fast food is not easily accessible contributes to the communities health. This video also shows the history of wealth distribution. Spectacular community but beneath the beauty lies a frightening story of injustice.
Lol...I use to street sweep that community#greatshow,SUPER
You used to sell nickel bags of shit weed in your beat up '97 Impala, yo
I love that house
Thank you for being objective. Looks beautiful and nicer than Southern CA. Great video.
I love that he's so particular about the freshness of food. ☺
Orange Juice comes from Oranges... Not box containers... Pineapples not from cans ijs I want real Produce. Not pretend real produce. fr
Verrado is a sub of Buckeye. There is nothing fancy about verrado! It is not a city or a town or even a village! It's a housing community. Period!
Juan Lira Correct
EXACTLY👍🏾💜
