I'm from Chandler and I believe there is something you are not mentioning about our beloved A.J. East Mesa kinda blends into A.J. socially through University past the mobile homes smack up to the mountain. It's not Scottsdale.
Thank you. The brief intro is helpful but overall I find this lacking. You show us touristy stuff, but what about shopping, police, library, community centers, downtown, media, etc. You take us on a drive through a mixed residential area but then advertise the higher-end properties - I know there are mobile home parks that cater to the low to medium income people or do you not deal in that?
bro just no dont come to ap iv lived here all my life yall are messing it up just go somewere else you guys drive up the price and all you do is drive bad and sit and sit and sit if someone gets mad at you ohhhhh god you HAVE TO CRY GO SOMEWERE ELSE NO ONE LIKE YOU AND THE WATER IS BAD IT NEXT TO A MINE THERES NO GOOD WATER HER IF YOU WANNA GET SICK AND HAVE PPL YEAL AT YOU YEAH COME HERE
Thank you for taking the time to watch my video on living in Apache Junction, AZ, and for sharing your thoughts. I appreciate all feedback! I'm sorry to hear that you feel this way about people moving to Apache Junction. I know the extra traffic can be frustrating. But it is a beautiful place that will continue to attract more people. Hopefully the community will continue to improve the infrastructure to handle the extra traffic and water needs. Once again, thanks for watching!

Thanks for your input! I will make sure it's location is clear in the next video. You are right, it is NOT Scottsdale!
Can you tell us the name of that 55+ manufactured home gated community? It really looks nice; thank you😊
Meridian Manor. Yes, it really is nice and very reasonable.
@@EastValleyArizonaRealEstate Thank you so much

Thank you for the input. I do deal with that. I will keep that in mind and try to cover that in the next few weeks. Thank you!
Trailor???? It’s trailer!
There are mobile homes in the area as well as site built homes. :)
Homeless everywhere
Unfortunately there are homeless everywhere :(. But fewer in the East Valley.
